It's time to meditate and swim like Diver the dolphin in the Enchanted Ocean with the Adventures of Super Stretch.
I'm Super Stretch.
My friends and I live at 247 Mindful Pathway.
It's our mission to make balance a part of your day because you are a superstar,
Even when you don't feel okay.
The meditation we're going to do offers you a fun way to scan your body,
Feel at ease,
And let go of crabby feelings.
We are going to ride the waves of the breath through your body like a dolphin.
We're going to dig into our super kid and tap into our life force.
Let go of stress and anxiety and all those yucky feelings by creating fun tools to see in a new way and to find freedom from fear to enjoy life's ever-changing adventures.
Come on friends,
Let's join the meditation with the Super Stretch team to discover how to make Breathe Stretch play a part of every day.
But before we start,
Remember it may be hard at first to teach your body and mind to let go and relax.
It will get easier to stop for a minute,
Pay attention to your breath,
And feel what is going on inside of you.
We don't need to push anything.
There's always going to be room for improvement and growth.
So take a breath,
Calm your mind,
And step forward.
You can be sitting up tall in Lotus Flower Pose if you want,
But this one might feel best if you lay down.
Feel really comfortable.
Begin to sense a big smile wash over your face and take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Let's try that again.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And don't forget to put on your listening ears.
There's no place to go,
No job to do.
You're just breathing.
Put one hand to your tummy,
One hand on your chest,
And just breathe.
Inhale,
Belly,
Lungs,
And ribs.
Exhale,
Ribs,
Lungs,
And belly.
Breathing in from your belly,
Your lungs,
Your ribs get bigger,
And let all the air out.
Ribs,
Lungs,
Belly,
Everything gets soft.
Breathe in belly,
Lungs,
Ribs,
And let everything out.
Ribs,
Lungs,
Belly relaxes.
Without saying anything out loud,
Imagine in your mind and picture a sunlit ocean.
You're just floating on it,
On a raft,
Calm and happy.
Feel your breath as a beautiful dolphin swimming through your body.
Breathe in through the left nostril,
Breathe out through the right nostril.
Breathe in through the right nostril,
Breathe out through the left nostril.
Breathe in through the left nostril,
Breathe out through the right nostril.
Breathe in through the right nostril,
Breathe out through the left nostril.
Feel the ground supportive and holding you,
Like a cuddle or a warm hug.
Start to really relax.
Settle into your space.
Feel as soft and snuggly as a stuffed animal.
You're comfortable,
Floating in the waves of the breath.
Smile as the breath dives like a dolphin and moves in and out through your nose.
Breathe in through your left nostril,
Breathe out through your right nostril.
Breathe in through your right nostril,
Breathe out through your left nostril.
Just watch your thoughts,
But don't squeeze onto them.
Let them be as light as clouds in the sky.
Breathe in peace and good stuff.
Breathe out love.
Feel like you are blowing out happy,
Colorful air.
What is your favorite color?
Can you see it?
Breathe in that color and feel it moving like water through your whole body.
Breathe in through the left nostril,
Breathe out through the right nostril.
Breathe in through the right nostril,
Breathe out through the left nostril.
Sense every bone in your body letting go and swimming like a school of bright,
Colorful fish in the water.
Can you feel the space between your clothes and your skin?
Feel your tummy rise and fall with every breath.
Feet and toes can sense the breath moving through them like a fresh current.
Breathe in through the left nostril,
Breathe out through the right nostril.
Breathe in through the right nostril,
Breathe out through the left nostril.
Like the dolphin is just swimming happily through your body.
Your legs are long and strong like seaweed,
Flowing with the rhythm of your breath.
Knee caps are floating to the surface of the water like jellyfish.
Can you hear the space between your heartbeats?
Breathe in through the left nostril,
Breathe out through the right nostril.
Breathe in through the right nostril,
Breathe out through the left nostril.
Enjoy your shoulders and arms soft and relaxed like a bright starfish drifting in the ocean.
And your fingertips are like schools of fish swimming in the sea.
Neck and head as light and airy as a bobber hanging from a fishing rod.
As the dolphin goes swimming by.
Explore the space between your ears.
Left and right,
Left to right.
The mind is peaceful and open with no thoughts.
Your tongue and your teeth are soft like watermelon.
And all the words just leave your body as you enjoy the floating sensation.
Your eyebrows are relaxed and wiggle like sea turtles coming out of their shells.
Your eyes rest as your eyelashes are like butterfly kisses skimming the water's surface.
Your face softens like warm sand.
All of your diver the dolphin breathing making a happy imprint in your heart.
Now experience the positive and super powerful feelings of you.
Breathing in and breathing out fiercely,
Strongly,
Just like a whale.
Slowly start to wake your body up.
Stretching your legs and arms out of your shell just like that little sea turtle.
Move your toes,
Move your arms and your fingers.
Feel as loose as a squid.
Start to bend your knees to your chest.
And rock and roll front to back and front to back up to a seated space.
How do you feel now?
Super Stretch believes that when we pay attention and focus our mind on something like diving into the breath and dolphin swimming in the ocean,
It's going to make us feel so good and relaxed that we release all of our crabby feelings.
Breathe in and breathe out a big huge smile.
