Welcome friends to this final part of Psalm 106.
I invite you in this moment to let yourself arrive,
To gather in,
To settle and sink,
To soften your body,
To soften your mind and your heart and to let yourself be here just as you are in this moment.
Opening your spirit,
Your heart to these words,
To the love of the beloved that will come through them and wants to meet you right now in this moment.
I'm going to read this part of the psalm three times and on this first reading simply let the words come without attaching to any in particular.
The fifth part of Psalm 106.
Are equal in your sight.
You take pleasure in the richness of diversity.
May we learn the bitter lesson of judgment.
Tis but a mirror of ourselves we see.
Increase our willingness to risk,
Beloved.
To be open to change and surprises by the spirit.
To be willing to suffer that our souls may grow.
For our souls increase as we let go,
As we release all that diverts and separates us from you.
Gather us together,
Oh healing presence.
Forgive us for the destruction we wrought among the nations.
That we may live in peace with all people and bring glory to your name.
Blessed are you,
Creator of all that is.
We praise you from everlasting to everlasting.
With joy and gratitude let all the people say amen.
Praises be to you,
Our joy.
On this second reading notice any words or phrases that capture your attention.
That we may ever know,
Oh divine one,
That you are with us always.
We cannot hide from your love.
For you in whom we live and have our being,
Distinguish not our race or creed.
Male and female are equal in your sight.
You take pleasure in the richness of diversity.
May we learn the bitter lesson of judgment,
Tis but a mirror of ourselves we see.
Increase our willingness to risk,
Beloved.
To be open to change and surprises by the spirit.
To be willing to suffer that our souls may grow.
For our souls increase as we let go.
As we release all that diverts and separates us from you.
Gather us together,

Forgive us for the destruction we wrought among the nations.

And bring glory to your name.
Blessed are you,

We praise you from everlasting to everlasting.
With joy and gratitude let all the people say amen.
Praises be to you,
Our joy.
On this third and final reading,
Welcome the words and phrases that captured your attention.
Bring their gift.
Notice what they're offering,
How they make you feel.
Be aware of any response that you want to make to them.
Are they encouraging you,
Comforting you?
Are they inviting you to some change or shift?
Welcome them deeply into your soul.
And let them unfold there,
And bring what they want to bring you.
That we may ever know,
Oh divine one,
That you are with us always.
We cannot hide from your love.
For you in whom we live and have our being,
Distinguish not our race or creed.
Male and female are equal in your sight.

Praises be to you.
Ah joy.
Beloved ones,
May you know yourself loved and held and delighted in by your beloved.
May you know the divine one with you always.
May you know yourself held and carried in great tenderness and grace.
Amen.
