This audio lecture and the music in it are infused with special healing energy through a technique called Distance Reiki.
Universal life force energy is energetically sent to help any person or situation in need.
Reiki naturally flows towards the greatest and highest good of the recipient.
It is a gentle and non-invasive method of healing that can be used to promote physical,
Emotional,
And mental well-being.
While you're receiving this Reiki healing,
I'll share some of the most important aspects of Reiki.
You'll learn what Universal Life Force Energy is,
What Reiki is,
The history of Reiki,
The 5 Reiki Precepts,
And the 3 Pillars of Reiki.
What is Universal Life Force Energy?
The universe is made of tiny vibrations of energy and consciousness,
And everything is connected.
Everything in the universe is made of energy,
Including every living being.
Albert Einstein proved this concept with his famous equation,
Energy equals mass times the speed of light squared.
E equals mc squared.
Mass and energy are both but different manifestations of the same thing.
Have you ever wondered why some people seem to be so obsessed with energy?
Have you ever wondered why some people seem to exude energy,
While others appear exhausted?
Our connection to the Universal Life Force Energy can become obstructed when we focus on the negative things in life.
It's similar to what happens when you're stressed and your breathing becomes shallow.
You're restricting what you need to survive.
But when we feel the lack of oxygen,
We instinctively focus on breathing again and allow the air to flow freely.
Where focus goes,
Energy flows.
And where energy flows,
Whatever you're focusing on,
Grows.
In other words,
Your life is controlled by what you focus on.
Tony Robbins What is Reiki?
Reiki is about tapping into the Universal Life Force Energy and allowing it to flow through us.
It is a delicate form of energy healing that recognizes the connection between us and the Universal Energy.
The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words,
Rei meaning universal and ki meaning life force energy.
Quote,
Reiki is a way to tap into the Universal Life Force Energy and bring healing to the mind,
Body and spirit.

Dr.
Deepak Chopra When we are consumed by negativity,
We restrict our ability to connect with this infinite source of energy.
Reiki opens up this connection,
Permitting the energy to flow through us and empower us for our greatest and highest good.
A Reiki practitioner channels the Universal Life Force Energy to a person,
Animal,
Object,
Event or situation.
Reiki can be performed with or without physical contact.
It can even be infused into physical and digital objects,
Including videos and music.
Quote,
Reiki is a beautiful and gentle way to support our bodies in their natural ability to heal.

Lisa Powers What is the history of Reiki?
The essence of Universal Life Force Energy has always existed,
Predating the existence of any human being.
Therefore,
It would not be appropriate to attribute the origin of Reiki to a single individual.
Throughout history,
Various cultures have been tapping into this energy in their own unique ways.
Quote,
Reiki is a tool for healing the mind,
Body and soul and for creating positive change in the world.

Penelope Quest It was Dr.
Mikau Usui,
A Japanese physician,
Who brought Reiki into the modern era around the turn of the 20th century.
He discovered the power of Reiki during a spiritual journey that culminated near Mount Kuruma.
It was there,
In a deep state of meditation or unconsciousness,
That the essence of Reiki flowed into him and the Reiki symbols were revealed.
Usui Sensei,
As he is affectionately known,
Then devoted himself to teaching and healing with Reiki throughout Japan and China.
Sensei is the Japanese word for teacher or master.
Quote,
Reiki is not just a technique,
It's a way of life.

Dr.
Mikau Usui Usui Sensei passed away in 1926,
But his teachings lived on through Reiki masters like Dr.
Chujuro Hayashi and Mrs.
Hawayo Takata.
These masters continued to refine and pass on the techniques ensuring that the healing power of Reiki would be passed on from generation to generation.
Today we continue this tradition and become part of this beautiful legacy by learning and practicing Reiki.

Reiki is the life force energy that flows through all living things.

Takata Hawayo The Five Reiki Precepts The Five Reiki Precepts,
Commonly referred to as the Five Reiki Principles,
Are guidelines for living a fulfilling and harmonious life according to Reiki philosophy.
They promote personal growth and spiritual development and they serve as a reminder to stay centered,
Calm and mindful in everyday life and to cultivate a positive and loving outlook towards oneself and others.
For those on a Reiki journey,
The principles are to be repeated as part of one's daily routine,
Serving as a constant reminder of the values that drive a fulfilling life.
Here are the Five Reiki Precepts,
Taken directly from Usui-sensei's Reiki Handbook.
Just for today,
Do not be angry,
Do not worry,
Be grateful,
Work with diligence,
Be kind to every living thing.
Here are the Five Reiki Precepts in Japanese.
Just for today,
Do not be angry,
Do not worry,
Be grateful,
Work with diligence,
Be kind to every living thing.
By immersing oneself in the principles,
One cultivates a profound connection with Reiki energy,
Unlocking its transformative and healing potential,
Not just for oneself,
But for others as well.
Reiki practitioners are encouraged to reflect on the principles and apply them to their daily lives.
The ultimate goal is to achieve a state of peace and positivity that permeates one's entire being.
What are the Three Pillars of Reiki?
The practice of Reiki is built on three pillars,
Gassho,
Reiji-ho,
And Shiryo.
Gassho is the first pillar and refers to the practice of placing the palms of the hands together in a prayer-like position,
Similar to Namaste Mudra.
This position symbolizes the connection between the giver and the recipient of the Reiki energy.
This practice is used at the beginning and ending of Reiki sessions to show respect and gratitude.
It also harmonizes us with our higher selves and the universe.
The second pillar is Reiji-ho.
In Japanese,
Reiji means the indication of Reiki power,
And ho means methods.
This refers to the intuitive understanding that the Reiki practitioner receives during the session,
Which guides them to the specific areas of the recipient's body that need healing.
It encompasses the processes of visualization,
Intentions,
And letting go that Reiki practitioners practice.
Reiji-ho is an essential part of Reiki as it helps the practitioner to connect with the recipient's energy and focus the Reiki energy where it is needed most.
The third pillar is Chiri-ho,
Which means healing session,
And can include scanning and healing attunements.
It refers to the actual Reiki session,
Where the practitioner channels the Reiki energy to the recipient.
The practitioner places their hands on or near the recipient,
Allowing the energy to flow through their hands and into the recipient's body.
This also includes the method of distance Reiki,
Which allows energy to be channeled regardless of space or time.
With any method,
The recipient may feel a warm or tingling sensation as the energy flows,
Which indicates that the healing process has begun.
The three pillars of Reiki are essential to the practice of Reiki.
Gassho symbolizes respect and gratitude,
Reiji-ho provides intuitive guidance,
And Chiri-ho is the actual healing session.
Reiki is love.
Love is wholeness.
Wholeness is balance.
Balance is well-being.
Well-being is freedom from disease.
From disease.
