032 - Your Daily Presence

Hello and welcome to number 32 of your daily presence.

I can think back to a time in my early ministerial classes where we talked about spiral dynamics,

The idea of everything in the universe moving in a circular motion and then us as humanity moving in a circular motion but up this spiral,

Like a spiral elevator so to speak.

And that what we were in fact doing was learning as we went along and integrating and transcending that which we learned earlier.

So on a spiritual level,

Not leaving it behind us but making it a part of ourselves and then transcending that as we moved to the next level of consciousness.

And not as a good or bad thing,

Simply as a learning process as we move forward.

And so for today in this moment that we have together,

I invite you to close your eyes if that's comfortable for you.

And if you can,

Take a hand and place it on your heart or place both of them over your heart space.

And allow yourself to breathe into your heart space,

Feeling your chest rise and fall with every inhalation and exhalation.

And if it's okay with you,

I invite you to allow these words to become part of who you are.

I am grateful to be in meditation.

I feel and honor the deep connection with my soul and God mind.

Each moment is a chance to rise again,

To raise myself up and live from my higher consciousness.

I am forever moving around the center of beingness and like a spiral,

I am continuing on an upward path.

With each new revolution comes new opportunities and new growth.

This is the right and truthful path for me.

And so it is.
