You know what I love about this whole thing?
This whole thing,
What is the whole thing?
Can we even call it the vast totality of life and being human?
Experienced through this that I am,
And all of its apparent ups and downs.
What I love so much is how much I am constantly brought back to the same conclusion,
No matter how far I stray.
And that conclusion is extraordinarily beautiful about life,
About what really is.
And it's quite funny in contrast to those moments when I don't see it.
It speaks to how lost we can get.
And part of the beauty that's seen is recognizing that that too is perfectly okay.
It's just part of it.
And so what a privilege it is to just take a moment and look deeply at what is really going on.
And you know,
Playfully,
There's the disclaimer that I always give,
Just talking to myself,
Saying the things that I need to hear,
And you get to hang out with me.
And if it resonates,
Great.
If not,
No worries.
But the temporary title is real talk for heart-based humans who are ready to change.
And I give it that sort of title intentionally,
Because especially if I'm talking to myself,
I know I'm going to say some pretty brutal and honest things.
And if someone is not what we might call a heart-based human that's ready for change,
Then these things can either be quite offensive or just flat out piss you off.
That's why the disclaimer is nice.
You don't have to be here and assume that I'm talking to you.
But what can I say along this theme?
Real talk for heart-based humans who are ready for change.
You know what I recognize about change?
The kind of change where we show up in a dramatically different way that ultimately adds more value to our lives?
Is that there seems to be a consistent pattern where it always starts with a dose of radical self-honesty,
Where we get brutally honest with ourselves about the disconnect between what we are experiencing or how we show up and what we might like to experience or how we might like to show up.
And there's a disconnect there.
And in that radical honesty is an opportunity to get in touch with your humanity that genuinely feels a certain way about it.
