Talk : The Twelve Councillors Of The Light

Welcome to this Insight Timer Live.

A little bit different.

I haven't done anything like this ever before.

So this is a bit of a one-off.

Before I start though,

I want to share some news with you.

I've always been quite lucky on Insight Timers when they bring out a new feature,

So the Council of the Light,

Let me explain a little bit how I came across them or how they came across me.

And also just to explain that they are completely fictitious,

They don't exist,

But if we imagine that they do exist,

All sorts of magic seems to come into our life.

I don't have a direct line of communication to them,

I don't hear them,

I don't get voices,

But I do get knowings.

And so a lot of my writing,

A lot of my meditations,

In fact,

All my music as well,

Music is kind of related to the number 12,

As I'll explain.

So a lot of stuff seems to come from them.

And when I imagine that they're real,

The quality of my output seems to increase,

Which is kind of interesting.

So I just want you in the chat room,

I'd like you to just make a few comments of where the number 12 comes up,

Either in your life or in prehistory or the world in general,

Where have you noticed the number 12?

And I'll share a few things with you all waiting for those to come in.

Is that,

Yeah,

I studied with the Kryon School in Germany many,

Many years ago,

And analog clocks,

Very good,

Thank you.

And they introduced me to the 36 High Counsellors of the Light.

And it turns out the 36 High Counsellors of the Light sit above our universe.

So you can imagine this concept of multiverses as multiple universes.

The 36 High Counsellors of the Light stretch,

Straddle all the universes.

And the idea is that they put a council of 12 in each universe.

And one of the counsellors from the High Council sit on this other council.

Now,

As I mentioned,

They're completely fictitious.

So the way that I've dealt with them and the way I've introduced them into the world was first with my book,

My novel,

Soul Waves,

Which is gonna appear on the app pretty soon,

But you can buy it in all good bookshops.

And then in my set of short stories called Soul Waves Insertions,

Again,

That's gonna appear on the app very soon.

And both with Soul Waves and Soul Waves Insertions,

What I did was a set of meditations to go with them.

So the High Council of the Light have been influencing me for some time.

And this really is all about introducing them to you.

And I went back through time.

Your fourth child is born on the 12th,

Which is kind of interesting.

I was awoken at 333 this morning,

Which is my magic number.

I've done magic numbers before,

But Siri also says,

Yeah,

Fairy tales,

Music,

Months,

Zodiac,

Planets,

And the like.

Also,

They go all the way back.

We've got the 12 Greek gods,

The 12 Olympians,

The 12 Sibylline oracles.

In Catholicism and Christianity,

You get the 12 stations of the cross and the 12 apostles and the 12 tribes of Israel,

The 12 gates of Jerusalem.

They also appear in Islam,

The 12ers,

12 imams,

And they're said to be infallible and have a close relationship with God.

So in all intents and purposes,

I see the council and God as being kind of interchangeable.

I'm not agnostic about these things,

As you know.

Yeah,

And I took,

I got your name right,

Quayana.

You see 4.

44 a lot.

And often what happens,

As I'll explain,

Is that the number comes as the sum.

So four plus four plus four is 12.

And so that's an example of,

You've been reminded of the number 12,

And also councillor 12,

Kind of rocking up,

I'll explain councillor 12.

And Christine,

You're saying the councillor 12 has informed me as well.

So I'm not alone in the person that might be bringing them in.

I know Siri tunes into them too,

And they appear in her art.

We also got 12 good men in true and good women in true in the jury,

Of course.

And we got 12 hour clocks,

That sort of stuff.

There's 12 stations of life in Buddhism.

And actually we've got,

The time system that we've got,

I think I've explained this in my book,

Which is gonna appear in this premium content,

The managing time mindfully book.

The Babylonians and the Sumerians used to count using the phalanges on their fingers.

So on each finger,

We've got three phalanges.

And so you can count one,

Two,

Three on the index finger,

Four,

Five,

Six on the middle finger,

Then seven,

Eight,

Nine on the ring finger,

And then 10,

11,

12 on the little finger.

And then let's say you count on your right hand using the number 12 phalanges,

Then you put one finger up on the left hand,

That gives you 12,

And you go 24,

36,

48,

And 60.

And they used to use base 60 as their mathematics.

So 12 and six are kind of related to each other.

Wow,

So lovely.

Linda,

Your birth name number is 12 in Chaldean numerology,

Fantastic.

And Chuck,

You saw 444 overnight.

As well,

All little reminders about what we're doing today.

So the 12 counsellors,

I first wrote about them in Soul Waves,

And what I did was,

I wrote the book Soul Waves ages ago before I actually wrote any of my other books.

And,

But it wasn't very good,

It was pretty linear,

And I hadn't really developed as a writer.

So I sat on it for 15 years and 15 other books.

And then I had this brainwave to write about the,

Bring the counsellors in as characters in the book,

And sort of tell the story from two perspectives,

Tell the story in the earth plane,

So our hero's journey in the earth plane,

And he's actually a counsellor who's inserted,

Which I thought,

That's where the book insertions came from,

He was an inserted counsellor,

But he didn't know he was a counsellor,

As is often the way.

And so,

And now and again,

The counsellors come to the earth plane at times of change.

And then,

So I told the story from their perspective in the void,

And then from the,

Our hero's perspective in the density,

Which is kind of fun,

Because it gives the story a bit of a lift.

And what I do is,

I had no knowledge of the world that the council inhabit.

So I had to meditate on it to bring it in.

And so a lot of the stuff in the book,

Where it's told from the aspect of the void,

I've not read anywhere,

It's just come in,

And it's called channelling,

When we channel things in,

They come through you,

Not from you,

You might call them active rides of the imagination,

But from my perspective,

They're really,

Really fun things to write,

You can call the council our muse,

If you like,

But,

And you can channel the council collectively,

Or we can go into their individual natures.

Now in the course on the app,

The magic of the numbers,

Each of the meditations is effectively tuning into that relevant counsellor.

So I just wanna introduce the council to you.

Also,

Very interesting to do,

Because this is like live channelling,

Haven't done this before,

But I'll do the best I can to see what happens.

So the counsellors,

There's five,

Six female counsellors and six male counsellors.

And the six female counsellors are odd numbered.

So that's one,

Three,

Five,

Seven,

Nine,

And 11.

And the six male counsellors are two,

Four,

Six,

Eight,

10,

And 12.

Now they're not male and female in the way that we would be male and female,

And all the shades of in-betweenness that we have in this wonderful world of ours,

But they're female in their essence.

So the female counsellors tend to be bringing intuition,

They work subtly,

And the male counsellors tend to get things,

I know this is,

Get things done,

They tend to be,

I know it's a stereotype,

But that's kind of how it all rocks.

And in the story two of Soul Waves,

I introduced this concept called the division of the sexes.

We'll come back to that in a minute.

And because,

And so we live in a duality,

And one of the aspects of duality is this division of sexes,

And wrong way to continue,

Because we have some wonderful richness from all of that.

So counsellor one is,

She is unity,

She is the unifying force,

She is what brings everything together.

So she's the one from which everything came.

Okay,

So Siri just asked what counsellor is with me today,

And counsellor seven has turned up.

And the reason I know it's counsellor seven is I was out this morning,

And two cars came past me,

Both with the number plates seven,

Seven,

Seven.

So that was just a little nudge from counsellor seven to say that she's brought all of this together today.

And Lisa just asked the question,

What's the best way to become aware of the counsellors?

Well,

I'd say by tuning into my course,

The magic of numbers,

Because they're all written with a counsellor in mind.

So that's available on the app just now,

It's a premium course.

And if anyone's not got premium,

Two reasons.

One is that it keeps meditation guides like me paid,

So we can keep producing more and more content,

But also it keeps insight time going as well.

And it's really important at this crucial time,

Because they're doing something special for the planet.

So counsellor one is unity,

She's the unifying force.

You can imagine that she was an output from the Big Bang,

When everything was one.

And then she's guided us in bringing us all back to one as well,

She's guided us in bringing us all here together in fact.

So I'll just keep answering these questions as they come along.

Great question here from Claire,

Given up alcohol for Lent and hopefully onwards,

What counsellors can I do with when I get a hand,

Hard craving,

Intent to drink,

As well as not want to.

And your birthday is seven,

Seven,

And one six,

One nine,

Six,

Nine comes to seven as well.

So I would tune into counsellor seven,

Who's septum,

I'll come on to her in a minute.

Counsellor seven,

By the way,

Is the inserted counsellor from the counsellor 36,

The high counsellor.

So she's come down from the above the multiverse into our universe.

Counsellor two is called Dewar,

And he is the creator of the duality,

Actually the creator and the maintainer of the duality.

And often you can get counsellors working together,

So you can get unity and Dewar working together in unifying what is disparate as well,

Because at the same time we're in a dual world,

There's other things that is important to harmonise.

One would be the light and the shade,

The shadow side of our aspects and the light side of our aspects.

So that's kind of Dewar in a nutshell.

He's the creator of the duality.

He was instrumental at weaving strands of our DNA together from two different opposite strands of RNA.

And I tell the story in the second book,

In the second insertion of something that happened ages ago when another planet smashed into the earth and forged the moon.

And if you think about it,

The moon and the earth are sort of dual aspects of this collision.

And that's when two different lots of RNA came together to create our DNA.

For another version of this story,

The extrusion of the moon is spoken about,

Written about in Rudolf Steiner's book,

Cosmic Memory.

I'll just type that in for you,

Cosmic Memory,

Fantastic book.

Oh,

I've swapped that wrong,

That should be memory.

Trinity is the,

Is female character.

She was responsible for bringing,

Making ourself aware.

And so she's created this self-aware aspect of us,

Bringing three lots of consciousness laid on top of each other.

So we have the super consciousness,

Which the council are tied into,

Our unconscious mind,

Which is the thing that kind of keeps us silently alive.

It breathes for us and that kind of thing.

It's not located in our head.

So we haven't got any circuits on our head that are keeping our lungs going.

The intelligence of the unconscious is spread over our entire neurology and indeed outside our neurology as well.

And then we've got our self-aware mind,

Which is our thinking,

Monkey brain,

If you like,

Monkey mind is often said.

And this was installed in us by Trinity about 2 million years ago.

I'll tell a story about how that happened in the insertions book.

Actually,

Her name also comes up as Sol,

S-O-L,

Which is kind of interesting.

And then Quo,

Who is,

That's Q-U-O,

Is counsellor four.

And he is the person that manages the four elements.

If you like,

He manages the four elements,

The ninth,

Seventh,

Fifth and third dimensions,

Which are the fire,

Air,

Earth,

Water and earth in classic metaphysics.

And I've said before in other of these talks that we are nine dimensional beings having this three dimensional experience,

But obviously we've got aspects of seven dimensions and five dimensions in us as well.

So tuning into glyphs like the tarot,

Even the I Ching is important if you want to tune into the four elements,

The four suits of the tarot are based on the four elements as well as a set of keys to awaken this nascent aspect of us.

So Penta is counsellor five and she is responsible for fairy magic,

The fairy realm,

The ether realm.

And the ether realm is something which we've kind of created.

So it's created by,

So we believe in the etheric realm,

It exists,

We don't believe in it,

It fades.

So believing in fairies and elementals is kind of important.

So if you see five by five on the clock and that sort of thing,

You can guarantee that Penta is in operation and the elemental forces are in operation too.

Now we've got,

So Jua Chuk is counsellor two.

Yeah,

Thank you for that.

And so there's five elements to the fairy realms,

The fairies themselves,

And then we've got the elves,

The goblins,

The trolls,

And also we've got the,

How would I describe it?

The ether itself,

The wisps in the ether.

Now elves and goblins,

Elves tend to be kind of wise,

Goblins can be a bit cheeky,

Fairies can be quite cheeky as well.

And trolls are deemed in things like Tolkien and what have you,

Trolls are the baddies,

But actually they're the maintainers of the earth plane.

They're the ones,

They're the protectors of the vegetable realm.

So they're good guys really.

It's just been like many things have been demonised,

A bit like the devil has been demonised by the Catholic church,

But the devil is actually a good guy.

He's a Lucifer,

Which is the bringer of the light.

Do the archangels have a number?

Yeah,

They have got the number 555.

There's a really good book,

And just look up 555 in there.

Now,

Obviously when you read a book like that,

It's someone else's interpretation of the numbers.

It'll be like when you read a book on the tarot or a book on dreams and that sort of stuff.

So it's kind of what the numbers mean to us rather than what the numbers are,

What other people say about them,

But it's a great book.

I quite enjoy looking into it.

That's the number nine.

So one,

Zero and eight equals nine.

I thought it was quite strange to be honest with you,

So Hex,

He's the purveyor of alchemical magic.

So I think I mentioned this story some time ago,

I wrote a book called The Zone.

You'll find a lot of that on the app as well.

And each zone that I described had six sides.

And I had a meeting with the company that commissioned me to write the book.

And just after that meeting,

I drove back home and saw a car with the number H-E-X on.

So often you might even get the name of the counsellor.

You might see Sol,

The Trinity,

You might see Dua or you might see Doreen.

Or you might see them in number plates too,

Or just in headlines and the like.

So the Hex force is quite,

Is a synthesis force.

It's about bringing lots of stuff together.

Hex is number six,

Is the product of one,

Two and three and the sum of one,

Two and three.

So Hex is a unifying force for unification,

Duality and the three aspects of our consciousness brings them all into one.

And then when we bring them all together,

That's where what is classically called magic comes out,

Which is kind of good.

So I think I might do a course on this.

I might do a course on Hex at some point because applying the Hex is a fun thing to do and it can create lots of wonderful outputs.

So let me come on to Septima.

She's a counsellor seven.

She is the person that kind of created this universe.

She created a seven universe as we sit on the top of six other universes.

Many have called them microverses.

So they're sort of aspects of our universe.

So the seven components,

But like a Russian doll for our universe and she created the density so that the counsellors had something to do because it's quite boring just being in the void.

She operates in the margins.

So she doesn't come forward,

But she gives you really gentle nudges now and again.

So if you ever get pushed in one direction or the other,

And you think,

Oh,

I've seemed to arrive at a quite a good place or something's landed on my lap.

When that happens,

It means Septima is in operation.

Claire,

You got it Septima,

S-O-Sept,

From the French Sept.

And these names have just come to me.

I've not read them in a book anywhere.

They've just appeared,

Which is kind of interesting.

Octavius is the counsellor eight.

He acts,

He turns up quite a lot in the intelligences of Octopi in Selaphipods.

And an eight on the side is infinity.

He is the person that to tap into,

The consciousness to tap into when we want to tap into our infinite potential.

So just bringing counsellor eight to the four.

And a good example might be,

I'm on a bit of a journey at the moment.

I've got no idea where it's going to end up,

But the idea of having no idea is quite brilliant because if I had an idea of what I was doing,

I'd manifest that rather than manifesting the thing I don't know about.

And so when you get quite good at manifesting and sort of goal setting in general,

You can actually manifest the lesser thing because that's what's in your imagination.

So I like the idea of Octavius.

And a good thing you can do,

I'm going to do it just now,

Is get a pen and just write the infinity sign on a bit of paper and go round and round and round and round and round again.

Because you can write the infinity sign or a number eight without your pen leaving the paper.

And just in encanting that shape is another way of bringing the counsellor to the four.

So you could,

For example,

You could draw a pentagon to bring a counsellor five in or a hexagon to invoke counsellor eight.

So you can use geometry to invoke the counsellors as well as numbers.

Counsellor nine,

Now she's interesting,

Noma.

She tends to like,

Octavius hangs out with the octopi,

Noma hangs out with the whales.

And she's,

How can I say it?

She's all about doubt.

So she's about sort of bringing in checks and balances to us.

So when we don't know where we're going or what we're doing,

It's kind of Noma coming through.

And sometimes you think it's bad that you don't know why you're doing something,

But you can also see it as quite good because if you don't know what you're doing,

Then it can be a way of assessing where you're gonna go.

So Susan,

The infinity sign can be used for end skin or on skin and in areas of healing.

Absolutely,

Yeah.

So,

And another thing you can do is create a thing called a mebia strip.

Look it up on internet.

I'm just gonna type it in.

It's a flat sheet of paper.

You give it a twist and then you stick it together either with a sticky tape or with a paperclip.

And you can draw a line on it and go all the way around and come back on yourself.

It's quite an interesting geometric shape.

Absolutely,

Ladies sometimes listen to whale and dolphin meditations on in Satsari.

I've got two on there.

I've got one called Satisha and one called a calling.

And I channeled in,

When I did the music for those,

I channeled in Noma's essence for that.

Decima is interesting counselor.

He's male in his essence.

And he controls the 10 levels of consciousness in the universe,

10 levels of consciousness,

Not just sort of three levels that we possess.

So there's another seven levels above us that we can tap into.

He's also the joy bringer.

And in session 10,

I talk about the,

I write about the planet,

The moon Io operating around Jupiter and how Io is the neuron factory and spews out neurons that get picked up by other planets.

And Io is one of Jupiter's 10 levels of awareness.

And all planets have this 10 level awareness,

Which is kind of interesting.

Counselor 11 is Elba and she is also active in the underworld.

She kind of controls the underworld if you like,

Whereas Penta is the,

She controls the beings of the,

Gets involved with the beings in the underworld.

And then we come to Duodex,

Which is counselor 12 male.

And Duodex is responsible for the 12 commandments.

There were two missing.

There were two missing.

And the 12 commandments,

Oh,

Yendi's got a guide by the name of Io,

Which is wonderful.

And Elba,

So I'll just write,

Elba is counselor 11 and Duodex is counselor 12.

The 12 commandments aren't commandments like the 10 commandments that you might know in the Christian Catholic Bible.

They're 12 commandments for us to act as cosmic beings.

So planetary caretakers.

They're the guide of how to curate,

Manage,

And be a guardian for a planet.

And in 2024,

I'm going to write the third book in the Soul Wave series,

Which will be published on Insight Time because they're allowing us to do such things.

In fact,

What I can do,

I've just had a message just come in.

I started writing the third book last year,

And then this other project came in called the Path to Overstanding.

And I'll be able to port bits of that over to the Insight Time app soon.

At the moment,

I've got that off app.

And that's kind of one of my more advanced,

Or my most advanced spiritual metaphysical training.

So I started writing the Duodex last year.

And,

Oh,

Thank you for that.

There was one,

Three,

Three here last night.

The last one I did of these had one,

Four,

Four people,

Which was kind of interesting when we got to the end.

The Duodex is a manual for how we can go to another planet and look after it.

It's not available yet to us.

We're not quite ready to make that transition.

That'll be another 100 years or so before humanity's ready for that.

We've got to go through a few iterations before we get there.

And the old guard has got to disappear.

So a new guard can come in,

The children of today.

But the Duodex is an interesting thing.

And what I'm going to do,

I've just had the idea,

And I've written about eight chapters of the Duodex.

I'm going to put them up as one of these brief bits of premium content.

So you'll be the first to listen to that on the app shortly.

I bought some dice recently,

Loads of different dice.

Now this is a 12-sided dice or die.

And what I've written about in the book is how one of these is sent out to all the different planets and the Duodex content is encoded into the dice.

But depending on the consciousness on the target planet,

Some will read it,

Some will feel it,

Some will feel the essence of it.

Some might use it like Braille and that kind of thing.

Some dice will be two millimeters in size,

Some will be a mile or a kilometer in size because they're going to go to all sorts of different planets.

This interesting thing about dice.

So if you get a conventional dice,

Six-sided dice,

The opposite numbers add up to seven,

Which is the essence of septima,

Which is interesting in its own right.

When you get a 12-sided dice,

Opposite faces add up to 13,

Add up to 13.

So I've got the face seven here on one side and the face six on the other.

I've got that set 13,

I've got four and nine,

I've got 12 and one.

And in the very center of a 12-sided dice is the 13th state of consciousness,

Which is the level above the 12 counselors,

Which is the level of the 36 counselors of the light.

So how do you tap into the counselors?

I'll say that the course,

The Magic of Numbers on the app is a great way to tune into the 12 numbers.

That's a great start.

Imagining that they are real is another way to do it.

Noticing signs.

So the signs might come in as numbers on the clock face,

On digital clock faces or on number plates of cars,

As repeated numbers.

You might see them as geometric shapes.

Yes,

Marita,

You missed out the name of 10.

It was IO,

IO.

And IO in shape,

I'll just type it as a capital,

Is also similar to the numbers one and zero.

So that kind of the shape of the letter,

The shape of the word looks like a one and a zero too.

So anyway,

So you'll see,

You'll get messages by the numbers,

You'll get messages in geometric shapes,

Repeated numbers.

And as people have been saying in the chat room,

In summed numbers as well.

So you get a 108,

That's a nine.

And then the other way to get them to turn up is to ask them anything.

So any question that you've got of the counsellors,

And if you've got any you want me to ask right now,

I'll try and tune in to them.

But also when we finish this call,

Then if you want to tune into the counsellors,

Just ask them a question and the answer will come in the most unexpected way.

But when the answer comes in,

What's really important is that you thank them for acting on your behalf and supporting you.

So I think that's pretty much all I want to say about the counsellors,

But if anyone's got any questions,

I'll see if I can field them and get some answers back in.

So are they the same as angels?

That's a really good question.

So let me ask the counsellors,

Are they the same as angels?

The answer is yes and no.

They are angelic in their essence and some people have called them angels over time.

So in insertions,

The book of 12 short stories,

What I did was write 12 examples of when a counsellor came to the earth plane.

And in a few of the examples,

They would have been perceived as an angel.

So in the early days,

When I say the early days,

When the density wasn't densified,

Then they could just appear literally like hovering in the earth plane.

Nowadays,

What tends to happen is they actually fully incarnate as a human,

A whale,

An octopus or something like that.

Yeah,

So Soul Waves Insertions is the book.

It's on Amazon as a print book,

E-book and audio book right now,

But you'll be able to listen to it on Insight Timer very soon.

And who created them as an idea?

So the person or the essence that created the other counsellors was Septima who wanted not to do this all by herself.

And so she's created 11 other aspects of herself to manage things in the earth plane.

So you could see her as an archangel,

If you like,

And then you could see the other 11 as an angel.

But I always think it's a bit difficult to put human hierarchies on the higher planes,

On the higher intelligences.

These are human constructs.

I worked with a magazine once called Paradigm Shift and I used to contribute to it.

And there were loads of channels on there and people would say,

Oh,

I'm channeling Archangel Gabriel and I'm channeling Archangel Michael.

I went to a meeting once with loads of them and they were arguing with each other about whose archangel was most important and powerful.

And of course,

What they're doing is putting a human ego structure on the angelic and the ethereal,

Which is kind of not healthy in my view.

Which human or culture created them?

Came the other way around.

So they created human cultures.

They predate all religions.

They turn up in religions,

As I mentioned.

So they're in Buddhism,

They're in Islam,

They're in Judaism,

They're in Christianity.

And they keep turning up in religions because we're naturally tuned into the number 12,

But they predate everything.

Just watch the numbers and watch what numbers come up for you.

But you can't go to Las Vegas and not see numbers.

Use it.

Have a little game with them.

You never know what might come up for you.

And you can also ask the counsellors,

If you were playing a dice game,

Craps game,

Ask the counsellors to play along with you and they might have a bit of fun and be quite cheeky.

And you never know,

They might even influence the roll of the dice.

Who knows how these things all operate.

That's a really good question.

So what you could do is tune into Counselor Two,

Because Counselor Two is all about actually sex.

And it doesn't matter if this is male-male sex,

Male-female sex,

Female-male sex,

Or female-female sex.

There's all about two things coming together.

And you've asked the question where there can be one answer or the other,

Which is a yes or a no.

And so I'm gonna draw you to a meditation of mine on the app called Be Calm.

And there's a version of it called Be Calm for Longer.

And what we can do to make any decision is get our head,

Heart,

And gut in alignment.

Now our gut only speaks with a yes or a no.

Our heart speaks with a level,

And our head speaks in many,

Many levels.

So in actual fact,

What we're doing then is we're invoking two,

Three,

And 12 as it happens.

So ask your gut,

And you can listen to the Be Calm meditation and take it through a processor.

Ask your gut,

You've got a yes or a no.

If you get a yes,

Pass it up to the ask the heart.

But if you get a no,

Ask what would need to change with this relationship so I could give it a yes.

And that might be that it doesn't go ahead or does go ahead,

But under the conditions.

Then you ask your heart,

Is it cold about it,

Lukewarm about it,

Or hot?

If it's cold or lukewarm,

Again,

You ask your heart what has to change so you could fall in love with it.

And then the head has got two components.

We've got a right brain,

Which is the big picture,

And the left brain,

Which is the detail.

So you can ask the right brain to look at this from a big picture perspective,

The helicopter view,

And then look at the left brain for the detail.

And if you get green lights from the gut,

The heart,

And both the left and the right brain,

Then go ahead with the relationship and deepen it.

If however,

There's any blockages anywhere,

Just ask these centres for what would have to change so you could give it a green light.

And then what happens is,

Because they don't have language,

Your heart and your gut,

What happens is the answer comes in through our pineal gland,

Through our third eye and through the crown.

And for all I know,

That's counsellor two turning up and giving you the answer himself.

I would write in less than an hour,

Record in less than an hour.

Then I'll master it in about an hour.

Because I do a lot of time,

Temporal alchemy,

You stretch time around the tasks that you've got in hand.

So I wouldn't call it hard work at all.
