Welcome to this many mindful meditation moment.
Right now,
Wherever you are,
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth all the air into the space around you.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and exhale now out through your nose this time,
Releasing any type of tension you have in your body.
Start to focus on your normal breath,
Breathing in and breathing out at your own pace,
Grounding yourself into your body,
Into the surface that you're standing on,
Sitting on,
Or laying down on.
Let this moment in time be a reset for you.
Take these couple of minutes to create space for yourself,
To value your worth.
Whether you're fresh from the morning or if it's the afternoon or perhaps it's before bed,
Whichever one applies to you,
I want you to remember how much you are worth and how much you deserve.
Throughout the day,
Sometimes we go throughout a series of actions.
Some are on autopilot,
Others are habits.
When we begin to notice,
Negative habits creep up into our lifestyle or actions that we do normally of which we don't necessarily want to do or partake in,
We come to a fork in the road.
Tune into this fork in your road and notice are you going right?
Are you going left?
Are you going straight ahead?
Notice where you're at right now.
Simply noticing,
Not judging,
Just noticing.
Where are you in your life right now and what path do you want to take?
And so as you notice the fork in the road,
Three different sides,
One to the left,
One to the right,
And one in front of you,
It is you who decides where you want to go.
Notice where each of these paths lead.
The one on the left,
Tune into it just for a moment to see where it takes you if you are to travel down its path.
The fork on the right,
Notice it.
Notice how it feels in front of you,
Just observing it and imagine where it would take you on its path and what that would feel like.
And now the part of the fork that's straight in the middle of the road.
Start to tune in to feel what would this path look like and be like for you if you were to take it.
Taking a deep breath in and exhaling out.
Know that right now you do not have to make any choice about where it is that you're going.
Your job in this moment was just to observe just as you did beautifully and perfectly.
Right now your awareness is on how amazing you are as a person.
That there is no one like you.
Allow your sense of self-worth to come from within your body,
Beginning at your heart center,
Expanding throughout your chest,
Your belly,
Your shoulders,
Your head,
All throughout your arms,
Your hands,
Your hips,
Your legs,
All throughout your feet and traveling around the circumference area of your body now.
You,
My dear friend,
Are worthy of every single thing this world has to offer.
You live in pure abundance.
You are perfect just as you are right now on your journey and you are right where you're supposed to be.
No matter what happens,
Hold space for yourself for the rest of this day.
Then just feel what it's like to remember how beautiful you are inside and out.
Gently coming back into your body,
Bringing the awareness with you of everything you experienced and feeling an uplifted sensation traveling with you through the rest of your day ahead.
