Welcome to your meditation,

Just taking a moment to find a comfortable seat,

Just allowing the shoulders to be supported,

Head free from touching anything,

Just allow the body to become completely heavy,

The shoulders rest down away from the ears and chest open slightly,

The breath just naturally floating in and out of the nostrils,

Just noticing the subtle difference on the inhale and exhale of the temperature as that breath breathes in and out through the nose,

Each breath in,

Fill up deep down into the belly and the chest and finally up into the throat,

Slowly just allowing it to dissolve and escape back out through the nostrils,

With each breath in we begin to imagine that inhale breath like the wind blowing in the trees,

Pulling you inward,

The exhale blowing away the clouds in the sky,

Inhale breath those trees begin to sway and the exhale blows the clouds through the sky,

Creating this rhythmic rocking back and forward of the trees in the sky,

Clouds moving by,

The breath in and sinking up with the trees and plants,

The exhale breath sinking up with greater forces of nature,

Clouds and just like any storm there's always blue sky behind it,

Nice controlled exhale breath,

Your sky that you're envisioning might be the greatest sky,

Cloudiest sky around,

Always take it away,

Always clear it up,

Once the grey sky is cleared up,

The Sun begins to beat through the broken clouds,

Warmth on your eyes,

Your Ajna,

Your eyebrow center,

Begins to beam through you and through the spine of every vertebra,

As it moves down the spine,

A conduit for this light,

This beautiful radiating light energy,

This warmth just runs through you from the Sun way into your sit bones and into the ground,

That inhale breath,

The swaying of the trees and the exhale breath,

Moving the clouds through the sky,

Connecting in with the Sun,

Bathing in its glory,

Bathing in its warmth,

Nourishing the cells at the deepest level,

Feeling the vitality that the Sun brings,

Drawing your attention into your heart space,

Filling up the heart space with that warm sunlight,

Giving thanks for the Sun,

Giving us this radiant light,

Nourishing light,

Continue to just visualizing the Sun washing over you,

Cocooning you in this golden cocoon,

Skin feels warm and nourished to you,

Bathing in this beautiful sunlight,

Feels completely washed over your entire body,

Cells reinvigorated,

Let go of that image of the Sun,

Now there's just a bright blue sky,

Sun's beginning to set,

Color of the sky begins to change,

Then purple,

Orange horizon,

Before the Sun goes down,

One last glimpse before it turns into night,

The trees have begun still,

It's not a breath of air,

Clouds in the sky and just begin to return the breath of the normal,

Still allowing your senses to come back online,

Like your fingers and toes,

Maybe rubbing your thumbs and fingers together,

Notice any noises,

Bringing a sense of smell back,

Maybe this stands out,

Just running the tongue and the lips,

A sense of sight,

When you're ready,

Just rubbing your hands together,

Over your eyes,

Cupping your eyes,

Just open the fingers,

Just allowing the light to filter through,

Practice of meditation is now complete.
