Imagine a beautiful white light above your head as you relax your shoulders and breathe that white light in.
This light of optimism of infinite security of infinite confidence of clarity.
Breathe that in.
Allow that with your out breath to spread throughout your body.
Connect with that infinite source of positivity.
Breathing into that.
And release any negativity,
Any tension any part of you that is ready to leave your system now.
Breathing into self doubt,
Insecurity worry,
Confusion and frustration.
Breathe into any part of you that feels that.
And release it to the center of the earth imagining a big white root beneath your butt allowing any emotions that want to be released to come forth.
Breathe into the sensation of confidence the feeling that you know that you can do what you need to do.
Breathe into that.
Breathing into any tensions that may be surfacing,
Any fears that are inside of you.
Breathe into those fears not just in your present moment but in all of your past and even perhaps your ancestry lines,
All that stuff contained in your DNA.
Breathe into those negativity and let that go.
Breathing into your body.
Breathing into your body.
Allowing the vibrations of the gong to access as well any negativity,
Anything that's holding you back from your intentions to surface whether it is in a sense of emotion or an insight or a feeling so that it can come forth and be released.
Breathing into the sensation of confidence.

Allowing the feelings of negativity,
The feelings of inauthenticity and the parts of you that feel that you can't be who you are or that you are limited in your abundance or that you are not brave.
Tune into that part and let that go too.
Breathe into those parts,
The parts that feel vulnerable,
The parts that don't know if things are going to turn out alright.
The parts that worry about your power,
That debate you and say that you can't do it.
It's the wrong decision,
The part of you that regrets.
Breathe into that to acknowledge that part.
Meet him or her.
Thank him or her for being here to protect you and ask him or her if there's a message that they have for you and let that message come if there is one.

Is it a healing of a broken heart?

Speak to the part that doesn't want you to let go.

Feel the emotions that that part is making you feel and process that.

Or anything that doesn't align with your needs.

That is blocking any part of your body,

How would you be different at work?
How would you be different?
How would you carry yourself at work?
Breathe into that.
How would you carry yourself differently with your loved ones?
How would you be more?
How would you be awesome?
Breathe into that.
How would you be different to yourself?
What kind of personal dialogue would you be having if you were to be your own best friend and give yourself an A plus for that?
What happens when you go through a challenge or you go through a softer time?
What would that dialogue sound like?
How would you embrace yourself in times of pain,
In times of lowness?
How would you celebrate with yourself when you make yourself proud?
How would you comfort yourself when you are sad?
That Arizona sky will burn it in your eyes.
You look at me and say I want to catch on fire.
It's buried in my soul,
A California gold.
You found a light in me that I couldn't find.
So when I'm all chopped up and I can't find the words.

Direct the intention into these crystals and water.

Share that positivity.

Direct it into your bottle.
Direct it into the bottles or water or tea in front of you.
