Sit down and get your breath together and listen to this meditation while you relax the rest of your body.
So the top three ways to feel invincible is A,
Identify the challenges and the reason why you don't feel that.
Number two is remove that.
And then number three is feel it in your body as much as possible.
And we're gonna do that in the form of a meditation with the gong right now.
So get ready and then we can start.
All right.
So whenever you're in a comfortable position,
Please close your eyes.
Sit up straight,
Allowing your shoulders to go down and start breathing in and out deeply all the way in and all the way out,
Releasing as a ah.
Again,
All the way in and all the way out.
Whenever you're ready,
Gently closing your eyes if you haven't already done so and allowing yourself to arrive in this space today,
Deleting everything that has happened in the past,
Knowing that you don't have anywhere to go or anywhere you need to be at this point in time,
Giving yourself this 15 minute,
Just 15 minutes of your time to tune in.
And breathing that in,
Just close your eyes,
Relax your jaw,
Know that you can always tend to the things later.
Take a few moments to take deep breaths in as you arrive in this space today.
And release.
Breathing in again.
Allowing yourself to feel the vibrations of the gong in your body as you breathe in and out.
Calling in the feelings of gratitude as well as appreciation for you to be doing this with yourself today,
Breathing that in.
And releasing anything that is not in vibrational alignment with that into the center of the earth.
Imagine big white roots growing down the center of the earth.
And as you exhale,
All the heaviness and emotions,
Whether you know it or you don't,
Will sink in and melt away into the center of the earth.
Allowing yourself to use your mouth to release,
Breath sounds may come,
That's fine.
And then slowly allow yourself to release and breathe into your back,
Sitting up straight and release the tension in that as you breathe in light.
Light of power,
Lights of center,
Light of your highest energy form.
Imagine you know what that is.
Breathing into this column of light that represents you at your highest power,
You at your highest desires,
You at the way that you can be full of love and courage.
Allowing you to connect to that energy that is unlimited,
Connecting straight to source.
Seeing that as a column of light shining right through from the top of your head to the bottom of your body.
Breathe into that as you allow that energy to spread through your body,
Allowing that to meet you and meet your cells as you breathe in through the form of your breath.
So using your breath to drink it in and through the air to your nostrils and to your body,
Breathe in.
And as you exhale,
Allow that to spread throughout your body.
And allow that to go into the corners of your wrist,
The corners of your legs,
The corners of your shoulders,
The corners of your arm,
The corners of all the different parts of your body that wants to come and receive this energy.
Let that be breathed in.
Breathing in deeply as well as you notice and you invite the pieces of you that are not in alignment with you feeling a sense of power and sense of unstoppable that allows you to move forward.
The different obstacles,
The different internal dialogues that are negative to you that may not be helpful,
Invite them forth into your system.
Keeping an open mind and open heart as you invite that without fear but with compassion and with patience and understanding,
Invite that to the surface and breathe through it,
Allowing any emotions to rise,
Any sensations not being attached to it,
But compassionately waiting and allowing yourself to acknowledge these inner conditions and inner friends,
Inner pieces of you that have been living there for a very long time.
Allowing those to come forth,
Inviting them as if you have a guest in your house,
Letting them sit with us today,
Letting that be,
Letting that breathe as you allow yourself to breathe through with it,
Allowing yourself to really feel the sensations of all the pieces of you that have been hurt or have been told off or have been stopped when you are shining in your power,
Inviting those pieces all to step forth,
Allowing them to come join us,
Holding space for them,
Letting any sensations or emotions to arise from you,
Allowing you as you are right now,
Allowing these pieces to also have the option to leave if they are finally ready to.
But before they do,
I want you to sit with them.
And I want you to give them a big,
Warm,
Energetic hug.
And feel that emerging of energy,
Of love,
Of reunion.
Allow yourself to feel that sense of connection.
Breathe that in.
And let that spread,
Breathing it in again.
And let that spread.
And let that spread.
And let that spread.
And let that spread.
And let that flow.
Deeply breathing in and out as you allow all the pieces who want to leave and give them a really good goodbye hug and let them each make their way out.
All the pieces that are stopping you the most and creating the feeling of unstoppable and invincibility,
Let them go and say goodbye,
Allowing all of that to be free.
Letting all of them go,
Allowing them to be wherever they want to go,
And also letting them know gently that if they want to return into you,
Please be useful,
Be loving,
And be gentle.
You don't need to stop me from being invincible.
You don't need to stop me from doing anything.
I trust that you'll find a better use of your power over me.
Maybe we can work together.
Maybe we can support each other.
Maybe we can be a team.
Say those words to those emotions,
Whether you notice them specifically or not.
And if you don't even know what's happening,
Just tune in and breathe and allow whatever needs to happen to happen on its own.
It's all perfect.
It's all meant to be just allowing yourself to close that ceremony of farewell with those negative emotions,
Gently.
And allow yourself to raise and rise up,
Absorbing all the learnings that you've absorbed from meeting these,
And also allowing you to finally feel the weight shake off.
Move your body a little,
Shake off that weight.
And release.
Deep breath.
And again.
Now I want you to feel what the feeling would feel like if you were to be able to feel absolutely directed,
Focused,
Excited about your mission,
Excited about your reason and your purpose that you want to feel invincible.
How does that feel in your body if you were able to feel a 10 out of 10?
Allowing yourself to feel those emotions in your fingers and your toes.
Absorb that into your system as you refresh and reconnect with the power that's truly within.
Breathe in deeply.
And release.
Breathe in deeply again.
And release.
And one more as you fill yourself up with this energy.
And release.
Allowing yourself to come back to the present moment,
Gently,
Slowly at your own pace.
And also allowing yourself to feel okay and excited for this new found energy.
