Breathing in and out,

Preparing yourself for a time of relaxation,

A time of peace,

And a time of true harmony.

Breathing in.

Allowing yourself to relax your back,

Your shoulders as you breathe into your shoulders and releasing the tension in your body with every breath that you take.

Breathing in.

Imagine a golden white ball of fiery lights above your head.

This light contains your intention,

Your personal strength,

Power,

Invincibility,

Focus,

Clarity,

Purpose,

Joy,

Relaxation.

It's all in there.

This source that you always have connection to.

Imagine that in that place and even better,

It has a plug directly to where all the energies in our universe come from.

So imagine that being connected to that energy source.

At its highest form,

Most pure,

Untainted,

Easy.

Breathe into that along with the vibrations of the gong as you inhale this light into every cell of your body.

Breathe in and release the tension of your brain,

Of your face,

Of your neck and your throat.

Breathe into that.

Release the tension in your chest.

Breathe that waterfall of light into your chest.

Imagine that crashing down as you try to absorb as much as you can,

As if you're thirsty.

So thirsty for this yummy energy.

Find yourself to open up even more to receive this.

Open,

Open,

Open.

Feel that space in your body.

Notice if there are any tensions that you need to bring this light into.

Send it there with your focus.

Place your focus on that spot and breathe in.

And if there's something that's super tense,

Exhale and release.

Any thoughts,

Any memories,

Breathe into that and release it into the center of the earth.

Find a big white root growing beneath your butt into the center of the earth.

Send the negativity,

Send the patterns of behavior that are no longer necessary in your life.

The relationships that you no longer want to have,

The attitude of people that you no longer want to deal with.

Breathe into that and let it go into the center of the earth.

Allowing more light to be coming forth from above,

But at the same time allowing the tension to be released,

To be let go of,

To come forth.

If you feel tightness in your throat,

If you feel stuckness in your throat,

Breathe into that and see if you can move it with your breath.

Send light into it.

Expand it,

Expand the tension,

Move the tightness.

Breathe in,

See the vibrations of the skaam.

And let that help you with the tensions in your body and the tensions in your mind.

Breathe into the thing that's stopping you from moving forward.

You don't have to know what that is consciously.

Just breathe into that and ask it to come forth as an emotion or a feeling or whatever it wants to show itself as.

Breathe into that.

Come forth thing that is stopping me.

And breathe out,

Let it go into the center of the earth.

Breathe into that even more inviting it,

Don't resist,

Allow it,

Welcome it and breathe through it.

Let any emotions rise,

Let any old feelings rise,

Let any parts of you that have been left behind come forth so that they can be acknowledged,

Seen and let go of.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe out.

Stay connected to whatever it is that you're feeling and allow more to arise.

Let it go.

Whatever is blocking me from achieving my attention and intention and desires.

I know that you don't want to allow me to get that but can you please come forth just so I can see you,

Just so we can be and let that come forth,

Breathe into that trusting that you have the ability to connect to it.

And in your breath let it go.

You can put it in front of you or you can let it go into the center of the earth wherever it wants to be.

And breathe into more of that that wants to be let go of or that you are able to let go of.

Breathe through it,

Let your whole body do this work of processing it,

Letting it fly through,

Letting it come to the surface,

Letting the deepest parts of you that are no longer needed or that needs to be transmuted come forth so you can do that work and allow it to reintegrate into your body.

That's right.

Keep going.

Connect to your breath as you continuously breathe in and out releasing bucket loads of stuff that no longer need to be here.

And as you release feel it leave your body,

Leave your system.

Say thank you to it for doing the service of what it has done for you and say goodbye allowing it to leave but thanking it for what it has done for you.

Say goodbye and release it.

Release it with your mouth open,

Release it with your breath,

Allow yourself to truly let that big thing go.

Let it go.

Let it go.

Let it go.

Let it go.

Let yourself reconnect with that golden white light as you breathe that in again and notice the quality of your breath now.

As you allow more and more of that light to travel in your body where is it going?

How does your arm feel?

How does your leg feel?

How does your throat and your chest and your tummy and your pelvis feel?

Are you allowing everything to relax only placing your attention in your breath?

Releasing the tension between your shoulders and the tension between your neck and your head.

Can you breathe into that?

Can you breathe into that?

Can you breathe into that?

Imagine a part of you that has been waiting for this moment of space for it to rise and to join who you are today.

The part of you that has already evolved.

The part of you that already has what you want.

Imagine that part of you yearning to come forth somewhere deep within you.

I want you to connect with that part of you and invite that part of you that has everything that you truly desire to come forth.

As you breathe,

Connect to it.

As you feel it,

Start coming forth.

Feel your heart beat like that version of you beats.

Feel your nose breathe like that part of you does.

Feel that part of you come to your face and even smile like that part of you does.

And feel in your body like that ideal version of you feels.

What does that feel like?

How does your body feel?

How does your chest feel?

How do your fingers feel?

Feel it in you.

That 10 out of 10 intention and maybe even 12.

Breathe that in.

Continuously connecting with that as you fill yourself up with each breath with more and more and more of that part.

As you allow it to flood you with all of its glory.

Feel the envelope it creates around you.

Glowing from within.

And again calling and irritating that of who you already are,

Reminding you that you are awesome.

And that every chakra or every energy point in your body is activated.

Noticing what the effect of these vibrations have on your system.

And receiving these vibrations and allowing that to merge with that of who you have become.

And allowing yourself to really embody this new version of you.

Recharged,

Refreshed,

Re-energized.

Embodying your intentions.

Feeling how you feel.

I want you to breathe into this new feeling that you have and this sensation that you have right now.

I want you to blow it up like a bubble as you exhale and let that expand throughout your body.

So breathe into it.

And release.

Feel it expand in your body and breathe into it again.

Expand it into this room.

Breathe into it again.

Expand it into all the areas of your life.

Imagine all of that just traveling there past,

Future and present.

And again.

And again,

Trusting that whatever it is,

That receiving of energy will do its magic on its own.

And now imagine breathing into that again.

And encompassing this intention all around this country.

Sharing that with those who also have this intention.

And breathe into it again.

Share it with this world.

And now breathe into it one more time.

Share it with this universe.

Imagine it expands so far and so wide,

You can't even see the end.

Breathe into it again.

And feel it expand to infinity.

Continuously expanding throughout the evening.

And keep breathing into this infinity.

Feel it go forever and ever,

But the source never dies,

It's always with you.

And another one.

And then your last breath,

I want you to breathe into your personal,

Unique,

Magnetic momentum.

Breathe into that.

Let that expand to every single part of your cells.

And infinity,

Breathe into infinity.

And you can do that,

Shoot it as far as you can.

As far as your imagination can take you.

And feel that expansion in your body.

And now,

The last one you want to shoot at is the furthest that you can,

Just for fun.

As you slowly,

Slowly come back to this room.

Drawing your attention back into this body.

These arms,

These legs.

This heart.

This human.

This sexy body here.

Breathe into that.

Feel that amunus that you have inside of you.

The irresistibility of you just being who you are.

And slowly,

Slowly,

Breathing it in,

Now holding that energy,

Come back slowly into this room.
