And begin taking your first deep breath in.
Also putting your hands together to your knees and just doing cat and cows or C shapes and U shapes in your back to mobilize the spine a little bit.
Allowing yourself to really start sinking into the meditation today.
Deep breaths,
Deep yummy breaths.
Which are breaths that go all the way from the nose to the belly.
And as you exhale release an open mouth,
Release everything.
Knees 90 degrees,
Our legs under knees 90 degrees.
Where you're sitting.
And allow your arms to raise to the top.
And move them side to side as you allow your spine and your back to also become loose as you stretch it out.
You may also point your arms to the sides of the room and stretch as far as you can while you curve your sit bones and your pelvis in.
And then raising your arms before your head and come all the way down.
Chin tucked in.
Just releasing that back muscle.
Good.
And then when you're done with that come back to center and begin arching your neck and your upper back.
Just moving it forward slightly and allowing that back to go forward.
And sticking your bum out.
Slowly vertebrae by vertebrae.
Just doing sort of a snake movement.
Just getting that spine up and down and in and out.
You may move your shoulders one at a time.
Going back and forth.
Just rolling them just to get your shoulders open too.
Nice.
And as you're doing that breathe into those spaces and release any tensions.
If you want you can also move your neck around and just really listen to your body.
See what it needs in order for you to really get all the different kinks and the different sore spots out of your body.
And whenever you're ready move your arms right to the top.
Big stretch up.
All the way up like you are holding a handstand or holding the ceiling in your hands.
We're lifting a super big heavy elephant.
Relaxing your neck and your shoulders.
Arms near your ears.
And then release everything all the way down back onto your thighs.
Open your palms upwards in the middle of your legs.
Dropping your shoulders down.
Move your bum a little forward so your butt is at the edge of the seat.
You can feel that sit bone there and you can feel both of your feet on the ground.
Allowing your spine to stack one on top of the other.
Shoulders relaxed.
Wrists relaxed.
Creating a really plain space as well.
No tension,
Nothing.
And leaving everything in your mind and everything before this point and moment behind.
Breathing into those and then letting all of that go for now.
And again.
As you breathe in again allowing everything in the future that's meant to be for the future also fly into the future.
So breathe into everything in your ram,
Everything in your brain that's supposed to be for the future or anything that's not in the now and just allow that to fly and disappear into those future moments that you need to think about them.
Breathing into anything else in your present moment that's not meant to be here.
Let it all go into the timeline where it's supposed to go.
There are things that you don't need to think about now.
You can just let go so allow any of those thoughts whenever they come in to just be guided out into the places that they're supposed to be in.
Relaxing your entire body as you center back in,
Center inwards.
And imagine a golden white light rising above you as if the clouds parted and you can see that golden white light,
That column of light that is not only you in your most desired outcome but also the strength that carries you through life.
Making sure you have full contact of either your knees on the ground or your feet flat on the ground.
As you lift your chin to breathe in that light like a waterfall flowing through your body.
Washing through you and then exiting down into those contact points in the ground and letting it drip and drain away all the way to the center of the earth.
This waterfall contains your deepest strength,
Your most connected calmness and center.
Continuously breathing that into all the corners of your body.
Really allow your body to receive the sensation in every sense.
Allowing your abdomen to open as well.
And your chest and your intestines.
Allowing that golden white light to really flow through and with it also fill it up with understanding and compassion.
Supporting the things that you need to do and the person more importantly that you need to and are to be and are.
Whenever you notice any feelings or any emotions rise I want you to breathe into them and send them into big bonfire of blue and purple flames that is all surrounding you now.
Just as if you turned up the fire.
A fire that surrounds all of us right now in a big circle that burns away any negativity any resistances.
Any emotions that are no longer serving us moving forward or moving forward strongly.
Allow your breath to call and identify where those emotions you don't have to know what they are are.
And breathe into them trusting your intuition or just trusting yourself and exhale that into the fire.
Whatever thoughts whatever feelings whatever emotions please come forth.
And release them into the fire.
Allowing your back and your spine to really stack on top of each other so you whole body can be relaxed as you identify.
And allow anything that needs to come through to be inhaled into and exhaled into the fire.
Allowing the sounds of the sirens to identify maybe even more tension even more points.
See if you breathe it in.
The sounds that you hear they can also find certain tensions and intense spots within you that you need to breathe into and release.
If you feel like your ribs are collapsing draw them inwards.
If the spot above your abs is sticking out kind of pull it in a little as you breathe in.
Really allow your body to do its release as you breathe in that white light.
And allow your body to release everything that stops you from receiving your most desired outcome.
Continuously breathing in and out and give a gentle invitation to yourself to allow more layers and more layers of you that you don't need taking forward to step through and be digested and metabolized in the fire.
So just continuously deep breaths in and out and release any emotions any thoughts any patterns any sensations that are no longer necessary.
Allowing each sound to really help you also to go deeper within.
Connect with any sense of anxiety a buzzing sensation of unease.
For whatever reason that it's there just breathe into that and anything that feels anything like it just guide it out with your breath.
In a moment we're going to call forth something deep within us.
The part of us that accepts us fully.
The part of us that wants to step through and really evolve and expand and just be with us.
And the part of us that's ready to grow and just to be all of who we are today.
So as you take a deep breath to prepare I want you to release and relax into the place of strength and centeredness and okayness and that acknowledgement of who you really are.
And allow that version of you or that energy of you to come through more.
As you breathe in draw strength from every part of the life past future and present and ignite that version inside of you that not only has the 10 out of 10 of your desired outcome but is the version of you who already has stepped through successfully.
Step through with power inner power inner alignment and step through the outcome exactly as you are.
So imagine yourself having those things that you want as if you are a part of your future now.
The version of you who already has what it is that you need what it is that you're desiring and is fulfilled and is happy.
Maybe even having more than what you want.
I want you to imagine yourself in that body the one who has already created that reality and feel what it feels like as you use your imagination to really sink in as if it's real as if you already have it.
Allowing your body to breathe into that.
Let that swirl into you.
As you breathe in allowing that version of you the one that has all to come in and as you exhale allow that to expand inside of you.
Allowing yourself to really let that breath expand your whole body so that can really allow not only that version of you to instill and integrate and build the seeds inside of you.
Really absorbing maybe even ten times this energy of this desired outcome and see if you can expand that in your body and release any resistances you have towards it.
Maybe the courage that this person has.
Maybe the trust.
The knowing.
The sense of understanding and fearlessness.
Maybe it's a sense of self compassion.
And if you're even ready or you may or may not be but if you are ask it to give you this future version of yourself.
Show me what I need.
And allow yourself whether you can see it tangibly or not to breathe in to whatever it is that you need right now.
Show me what I need.
And breathe that in.
Allow that to expand in your body.
Please give me what I need in the form of my breath.
Whatever I need to take with me.
Whatever I need.
Allow that to really integrate into your body.
You may see what it is,
You may not,
It's totally perfectly fine.
Let it come through.
And really breathe into it.
Drawing from that sensation.
Drawing from that gift that you gave yourself.
Breathe that in.
Allow your whole body to relax as you receive who you need to be and who you are right now.
Who you are being.
When you're taking these actions and when you're being yourself and you're being the person who already has what you want.
Imagine walking through the day like this.
Imagine doing the things that you need to do for the rest of the day with this center.
Gently.
Not losing steps.
Not losing emotional alignment.
But watch this version of you float through the day.
Taking these actions,
Doing these things.
Speaking.
Responding.
Deciding what it is that you need to do next.
Constantly drawing it back to the center.
No need to worry about anything that's not part of today or part of the moment.
And anchor in this breath from the top of your head into the center of the ground.
Breathing into that white light into the head.
And send this super heavy anchor down to the center of the earth.
Roots growing.
Allowing this anchor to become an organic anchor and having things grow through it.
Reaching all the way.
300 stories,
Floors beneath you.
Send those roots to the center of the earth.
Maybe even coming out on the other end.
Feel that support.
As you breathe into this,
I want you to expand this feeling throughout your entire body of that rootedness.
Breathing into that trust that you can always,
And you are in this with yourself.
You can trust yourself to be in this.
In the way that you want to be.
And allowing your alignment and your feeling and your connection with that golden white light to also be with you throughout the day.
By doing so,
You open up the channels above.
And you see that golden column of white light increase in intensity surrounding your entire body and your entire being.
As if it's literally just surrounding you.
Washing right through you and removing any thoughts and anything that is distracting you from being in that column of light.
So all the actions that you're going to take us from this place.
All the things you're going to say is from this place.
All of who you are and what you need,
You can create from this space.
Release anything that's not resonating.
Release any parts that need to receive more of this.
I want you to imagine you having 10 out of 10 of your desired outcome.
I want you to breathe that in and expand it into every corner of your cells.
I want you to send it into the middle of the circle.
I want you to imagine exactly as you are,
Even if you have 20 out of 10 of what you truly want in your desired outcome.
What does that look,
Feel,
Sound like?
A little bit beyond even your expectations of the perfect outcome.
How would you feel?
How would you hold yourself?
And allow that to really,
Really,
Really be a part of you.
Now.
Allowing this to expand throughout the room.
So take a deep breath and expand it throughout your room.
Take a deep breath and expand it throughout the places that you're going to be in today.
Deep breath and again,
Expand it into the entire city and all those places that you may walk past or even encounter.
And then send that expansion throughout the entire globe.
So breathe in.
So you can access it wherever you are in this globe.
Breathing into that again and send it throughout the entire universe.
And let that vibration really,
Really be a part of you as you send it to the concept of infinity.
So that you sending that out will allow you to receive that at any moment that you need as well.
Consciously and unconsciously from yourself.
Allowing yourself to slowly and gently feel what it is you're feeling as you can return back into this room.
Bringing all of your energy,
All of you,
Who you are back into this space.
Look at all your fingers and your toes.
Just allow yourself to shake yourself back into this room.
And do your stretches.
And whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes and fill out your biggest insights into where you are right now in relation to your desired outcome.

A very encompassing meditation. Full body awareness, release, and manifestation. I liked the stretches at the beginning, helping to settle into the body; and the inquiry to reach beyond what the mind might think I need. Thank you 🙏🏽

Wow! This one really knocked my socks off. Sweet yet powerful. Supportive. Loved the future visioning and loved that the shamanic drumming was just for a portion and not overshadowing the session as a whole. This one is useful to me as I use insomnia time for visioning now - this was perfect with a candle and some warm tea. Thx a million!
