Her most recent studies have been in guided meditation with a certification in meditation for teens, and yoga nidra. She enjoys teaching all levels of students. Classes emphasize breath, alignment, vinyasa, meditation, and cultivation of self-nurturing. Katie believes strongly that yoga brings us closer to our true self.

I loved this. Identifying my needs is really hard for me, personally. I was caught off guard by visualizing the need already being cared for, but oddly comforted by it as well. Thank you for this meditation!
