Meditation Timer OnlineShakti Shilpa is a yoga and meditation guide based in Chennai and the founder of The Yogaspace, a space dedicated to movement, connection, and holistic well-being. Her work is rooted in the understanding that meditation is a practical, everyday tool for nervous system regulation, emotional balance and mindful living. Trained in traditional Hatha Yoga at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre and further shaped by Acroyoga, Thai Yoga Massage, and Osho Meditations, her approach integrates breath, body awareness and gentle attention. She is also Chennai’s only internationally certified Acroyoga instructor. Through guided meditations and voice-led practices, Shakti supports rest, grounding, and resilience — helping listeners shift out of chronic stress and into a state of ease and clarity. Her offerings invite awareness that doesn’t stay on the cushion, but carries into daily life, relationships and moments of pause.
