Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
And find a place where you can fall asleep.
A place where you feel so comfortable,
So safe,
And so relaxed.
And once you find that place,
Prepare to fall asleep.
Prepare to sink deep and deep into a relaxed state.
As you listen to the sound of my voice and as you breathe.
So allow your eyes to close gently,
Softly.
And allow your body to settle and sink.
Because all you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
And often times,
Your mind might wander when you first start a meditation.
Just invite your mind to meet your body.
Invite your mind to your room.
Because all you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
And the sound of my voice allows you to relax even more and more.
And as you listen to the sound of my voice and the shapes of the sounds.
You'll sink deeper and deeper into a relaxed state.
Now bring your awareness and attention to your breath.
Full awareness,
Full attention to your breathing.
And there's nothing you need to do or control with your breath.
Just observe,
Just notice your breath.
Noticing your inhale and your exhale.
Just allow your breath to be,
Breathing your natural steady breath.
Now deepen the breath.
Deepen your inhale and deepen your exhale.
And as you deepen your breath,
You sink deeper and deeper into a relaxed state.
As you listen to the sound of my voice.
As you breathe deeper and listen to the sound of my voice.
You relax even more and more.
Your conscious mind can let go.
Your conscious mind can surrender.
Because your unconscious mind will listen and hear everything it needs to hear.
So allow your conscious mind to surrender.
Allow your conscious mind to let go.
Each and every breath you take.
Sinking deeper and deeper and deeper still.
Continue to relax.
Continue to release.
Total relaxation of the body.
And observe the body,
Notice the body.
Take a scan of your body.
Take a scan of your body and any tension in your body.
Allow that tension to dissolve.
Allow it to fade away into space.
Each and every breath you take.
Each and every breath you take you sink deeper and deeper and deeper still.
Continuing to relax.
Continuing to release.
Releasing all the tension in your shoulders.
Releasing all the tension in your arms and hands.
Releasing all the tension in the head and the face.
Releasing all the tension in the back and the torso.
Releasing all the tension in the legs and the feet.
Releasing all the tension in the entire body.
Releasing all the tension in the entire body.
Surrendering,
Relaxing,
Floating,
Flying,
Drifting away.
And release all the tension in your mind.
All those thoughts in your mind.
Surrender.
Allow them to be.
Watch your thoughts,
Observe your thoughts.
Like you're watching a wave forming against the shore and crashing against the shore.
Your thoughts just roll in and roll out.
And there's nothing to do or control with your thoughts.
Just watch your thoughts,
Observe your thoughts.
Allow them to be.
Releasing all the tension in your mind as you listen to the sound of my voice.
Relaxing deeper,
More,
Deeper,
And deeper still.
In just a moment,
Not yet,
But in just a moment,
I wonder if you can imagine the alphabet backwards starting from Z.
And in a moment,
You'll see the alphabet backwards starting from Z.
And in your mind,
You'll count down the alphabet all the way to A.
Now,
See the alphabet backwards,
Start from Z,
Count down.
And as you count down,
Those letters start to get farther and farther and farther away.
So far away that you just can't see the letters anymore.
Turning the volume all the way down.
Down,
Down,
Deeper,
Down,
Down.
Whole mind relaxes as you listen to the sound of my voice.
And as you relax,
As you drift away,
Your mind surrenders.
And in just a moment,
Let's sink deeper and deeper,
Relaxing even more and more.
In just a moment,
I wonder if you can count your breathing.
In just a moment,
You'll inhale 35,
And you'll exhale 35.
You'll inhale 34,
And exhale 34,
Counting all the way down to zero,
Starting from 35.
And if you lose track,
If you miss a number,
That's okay.
Just start back from 35.
Now,
Start to count your breath from 35,
All the way down to zero.
And as you exhale,
You'll inhale 35,
Counting all the way down to zero.
And as you exhale,
You'll inhale 35,
Counting all the way down to zero.
Now,
Allow the counting to let go,
Coming back to a natural,
Steady,
Comfortable breath,
An intuitive breath,
A steady breath that allows you to relax even more.
And as you listen to the sound of my voice,
You feel safe,
You feel secure,
And you feel so sleepy.
Now,
Allow your body to feel heavier and heavier,
Sinking deeper and deeper.
The body feels so heavy,
So deep,
Heavier and heavier.
Now,
Allow your body to feel light,
Like you're floating in a cloud,
So light,
Like you're floating in a cloud.
Floating,
Flying,
Drifting,
The body feels so light.
Now,
Allow your body to feel heavier and heavier,
Sinking deeper and deeper,
So heavy,
Deeper and deeper still.
Now,
Allow your body to feel so light,
Like you're floating in a cloud,
Floating,
Flying,
Drifting.
So light,
Like you're floating in a cloud.
Now,
Allow your body to feel heavier and heavier,
Sinking deeper and deeper and deeper still.
So relaxed,
So deep,
As you listen to the sound of my voice.
Inviting soothing rest,
Because your body deserves to rest.
All thoughts releasing,
All thoughts surrendering,
Relaxing you down,
Down,
Deeper and deeper still.
Slowing down,
Just a little more and more,
Allowing your body to rest.
Relaxation expanding each and every breath you take.
Soothing,
Natural bliss.
Simply surrendering,
Deeper and deeper,
As you listen to the sound of my voice.
I wonder if you can use that great imagination of yours.
And I wonder if you can imagine walking on a path in the woods.
In just a moment,
You'll be walking down this path in the woods,
Feeling so relaxed and so safe.
Now,
Imagine yourself walking down a path in the woods,
And you notice the trees.
You notice the sounds of the birds,
The sounds of nature.
And there's a slight breeze touching your skin.
And you see what you see,
You smell what you smell,
As you're walking down this path in the woods,
Feeling so safe,
So secure.
And in the distance,
You see a small house.
Walk closer to that house.
And you notice you feel so safe and so secure,
As you're walking down this path in the woods.
As you're walking closer and closer to this house,
You feel the sense of ease.
You sense a knowing that you're exactly where you need to be.
And now you're right in front of the house.
There's a door.
Open the door.
And walk into this house.
And you notice there's a hallway,
A long hallway,
In this house,
With doors on each side.
Walk down this hallway,
All the way down this hallway.
Notice what you see,
Notice what you smell,
Notice what you hear.
Notice your feet on the floor,
As you're walking down this hallway.
And there's doors on the left,
There's doors on the right.
But walk all the way down to the door at the end of the hallway.
And once you're there,
Open that door.
And you see ten steps down a staircase,
Ten steps down to another door.
And in just a moment,
You'll walk down these ten steps.
And as you walk down these ten steps,
You'll relax each and every step ten times more than you're relaxed now.
Each step you take,
You'll relax ten times more than you are right now.
Now look down,
Take that first step,
Ten.
Now take the second step,
Nine.
Sinking deeper and deeper,
Ten times more relaxed.
Take that eighth step,
Seven.
Six.
Five.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
So relaxed at the bottom of the staircase.
You see this other door.
Now open that door.
And you step into a sandy beach.
This door leads you to a sandy beach.
Down the sand,
Fill the sand on your feet.
Fill the sand sinking your feet,
Nice and warm,
On the sandy beach.
And you notice in the horizon,
The sun.
The sun is starting to set.
In the horizon on this sandy beach,
The ocean,
The water.
Listening and hearing the waves forming against the shore and the waves crashing against the shore.
And you notice as the sun is starting to set.
There's two suns.
A reflection in the water,
In the ocean.
There's two suns and they're slowly merging as the sun sets in the ocean.
These two suns,
The reflection in the water,
Starts to become one.
Until the sun fully sets and it's dark and your mind is relaxed.
Now look down at your feet in the sand.
And you notice the water,
The waves,
Almost touching your feet.
On the sand,
Write your name.
Write your name on the shore,
On the sand.
And as you write your name,
You see your name.
You feel so safe and so secure.
So good.
Content.
Relaxed as you listen to the sound of my voice.
And as you see your name on the sand,
You notice the water,
The waves,
Are washing over your name.
Smoothing out your sand and your name starts to disappear.
And as you listen to each and every wave,
You see your name start to disappear.
And as your name starts to disappear,
You sink deeper and deeper into the most restful sleep.
As you see your name disappearing in the sand,
From the waves,
From the water.
And as you sink deeper,
Sleep deeper,
I am enough.
I'm exactly where I need to be.
And I surrender to the flow of the universe.
I am enough.
I'm exactly where I need to be.
And I surrender to the flow of the universe.
I am enough.
I'm exactly where I need to be.
And I surrender to the flow of the universe.
I am enough.
I'm exactly where I need to be.
And I surrender to the flow of the universe.
I am enough.

Amazing! Thank you Yogi. I use many sleep meditations, as I have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. His soothing voice is more like hypnotherapy and really relaxed me and put me into a deep sleep. The best meditation I’ve found 💗

Amazing as usual. Masterpiece. I couldn't sleep for hours but after listening to this meditation I finally relaxed and fell asleep. So thankful 🙏
