This is a long-form breathwork journey designed to support deep rest and nervous system regulation. There is no rush and nothing to achieve here. The breath unfolds naturally, creating a steady rhythm that invites the body to soften and the mind to quiet. You’re welcome to follow the breath consciously, or simply let it wash over you as background support for sleep, meditation, or rest.

Transcript

Breathwork for sleep.

Gently letting go of the day.

Comfortable.

Taking a nice deep breath in.

Exhaling,

Letting it go.

Emptying out the lungs.

Empty,

Empty,

Empty.

And gently breathing into the nose.

Nice and deep into the belly.

And letting it go through the mouth.

Softening the body with every exhale.

Softening and sinking.

Sinking into your mattress.

Feeling the weight of your sheets.

Knowing that right now,

There is no problem to solve.

Your instructions for this breathwork practice of circular breathing.

And gently breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

With no pause in between your inhales and exhales.

On your next breath,

Emptying out the lungs.

Empty,

Empty,

Empty.

Breathing it in through the nose.

Deep into the belly.

And let it go.

No pause,

Let it go.

Breathing in.

No pause,

Let it go.

No pause,

Let it go.
