This led to the first of many yearly travels to India to get to the heart of how meditation could be this ‘natural way’. Throughout this time Andrew has been guided by and served a meditation master, Her Holiness Amma Sri Karunamayi at her remote Indian forest Ashram, and on her US, Australian and European tours. With over 19 years of meditation experience and also an accredited meditation and mindfulness teacher, Andrew not only brings a rich Eastern flavour to his offerings but also how to make them accessible, practical, and simple to use for Westerners.
