After 4 years in medical school, she followed her heart into the world of healing, completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training and immersing herself in shamanic retreats, indigenous practices, moon and plant medicine ceremonies, and the path of tantra. As an international model and yoga teacher, she has traveled to over 16 countries, learning from diverse cultures and sharing her presence around the world. Each of these experiences informs the grounded, heart-centered spaces she creates for women to reconnect, remember, and rise. As space holder and intuitive guide she has led 7 Rising Women retreats in Morocco and 6 Yoga and Sail retreats in the Greek Sea, welcoming women of all ages and backgrounds from around the world. With years of experience in guiding women through self-discovery, embodiment, and healing, her circles are rooted in depth, safety, and devotion. Anetta weaves ancient wisdom with modern tools, creating sacred containers where women can feel seen, soften, and thrive. Her intention is clear: to hold space where women can return to themselves, awaken their truth, and rise together in sisterhood.
