Your shoulders are dropping down from your ears.
Your neck is soft.
Your jaw is releasing.
You're back.
It's relaxing.
Your chest is expanding.
And releasing.
Your arms,
Hands and fingers are gently resting.
Your belly is soft.
Your hips loosening.
Thanks feet and toes.
Relaxing.
Take a deep breath in.
And a gentle,
Slow breath out,
Letting go.
And just bring your awareness to your heart center once more.
Just see a soft emerald green light glowing within the center of your heart.
It is warm.
Gentle.
And comforting.
It's just like sunlight filtering through the leaves.
Of a peaceful forest.
Now this emerald light,
It carries the frequency of compassion.
It's a healing presence that asks nothing from you except your willingness to receive.
So now with every inhale this light is becoming brighter.
And with every exhale,
It spreads gently throughout your body.
Just see this beautiful healing emerald light.
Flowing through your chest.
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your belly,
Your hips.
Your legs.
And now all the way down to your feet.
Now every part of you is surrounded.
By its soothing warmth.
And as this compassionate light flows through you.
Just imagine it embracing every part of your journey.
The joyful moments,
The difficult moments.
The moments of certainty.
The moments when you might have felt a little lost.
And everything is held here with understanding.
And everything here.
Is met with kindness.

And the Earth beneath you,
It's so steady and supportive.
