Welcome to the power of rest,

Healing through stillness.

Thank you for joining me in this moment of pause.

In a world that is constantly moving,

Rest is not a luxury,

It is a sacred necessity.

This time is for you to reclaim stillness and allow deep healing to unfold.

So I invite you to make yourself comfortable wherever you are.

Whether you're sitting or lying down,

Allow your body to fully relax,

Letting go of any tension you're holding.

This is your time to be completely present with yourself.

Take a deep breath in,

Pause for a moment,

And as you slowly exhale,

Release any thoughts from the day.

Let the outside world drift away for now.

This is your moment of peace.

Let's begin by settling into the rhythm of your breath.

Instead of forcing it,

Just allow your breath to flow naturally,

Gently,

Slowly,

As if the breath knows exactly how to take care of you.

Just focus on the flow of your breath coming in and going out.

Now let's invite a deeper presence.

So as you breathe in,

Imagine drawing in the calming energy of the earth as if each breath is pulling this peaceful energy up from the ground below you.

Inhale slowly,

And exhale softly.

With every inhale,

Feel yourself being rooted into stillness,

And with each exhale,

Feel the weight of your body melting into the surface you're resting on.

Let's breathe a little more intentionally now.

Inhale for a count of four,

Hold for a count of four,

And exhale for a count of six.

Pause,

And repeat,

And let's do this together.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Pause for a moment at the bottom,

And then continue with this pattern of breath.

Imagine your breath creating a calm space inside of you,

A space where you can really rest and grow.

Continue for a few more rounds of this breath,

Remembering that every inhale deepens your connection to this stillness,

And every exhale releases anything that might be standing in the way of your peace.

And once more,

Inhale for a count of four,

Hold for a count of four,

And exhale for a count of six.

Pause for a moment at the bottom of your breath,

Feel the stillness,

And return to your natural breath.

Beautiful.

So now let's go deeper into stillness.

Picture yourself in a place of total serenity.

Imagine you are lying in the center of a calm,

Vast,

Open field.

The grass is soft beneath you,

And the air is warm and gentle,

Like a soft hug from nature.

In the distance,

There's a quiet,

Glimmering river that moves slowly and steadily,

Its waters reflecting from soft purples to deep blues.

Every element around you is in harmony,

Moving slowly with no rush.

Begin to notice the silence here.

It's not an absence of sound,

But a deep,

Gentle hum that surrounds you.

It's the sound of peace,

The sound of everything being exactly as it is in this moment.

As you lie here,

You realize that there's no need to do anything.

There's no need to move,

To change,

Or to hurry.

In this stillness,

You are already whole,

Already healed.

Feel your body settle deeper into this peace.

Every muscle,

Every thought,

Every emotion rests gently in this present moment.

Allow yourself to dissolve into this space of stillness,

And notice how this calm begins to fill you up from the inside out.

It is as if you are being held by the earth,

Wrapped in the most tender embrace.

This very stillness is healing you.

It is soothing your beautiful heart,

Your body,

Your mind.

Feel the embrace of the earth.

Now,

As you rest here in stillness,

Let these words sink into your being.

You don't need to say them out loud.

Just let them land softly in your heart,

Your mind,

And your soul.

In the quiet,

I find my healing.

I trust in the power of rest to restore me.

Stillness is my sanctuary,

A place where I can truly heal.

Every breath I take fills me with peace and calm.

I am worthy of this moment of rest,

Of deep,

Gentle healing.

Rest is not idle.

It is sacred.

It is my foundation.

Allow these words to echo gently within you,

As if you are becoming more and more aligned with them,

With every breath.

Wonderful.

So,

As we begin to draw this time of rest to a close,

Remember that the stillness you've experienced here is always available to you.

It's not a place you have to search for.

It's already within you,

Waiting for you to return.

And know that every time you choose rest,

Every time you choose stillness,

You are choosing healing.

You are choosing to honor yourself.

So,

Take a moment now to offer yourself a gentle thank you for this time you've given to yourself,

For resting,

For healing,

For being.

And just let this deep sense of peace and calm stay with you,

Knowing that you can return to it at any time.

As you gently move back into your day or night,

Let the stillness guide you.

Let it remind you that you have the power to rest,

To heal,

And to be whole,

Just as you are.

Take a moment of gratitude for yourself and for the quiet strength you've tapped into today.

Whenever you're ready,

Slowly begin to return to the world around you,

Carrying this calm within you.
