Welcome,

And good morning.

You are showing up beautifully for this morning,

This day.

Not by forcing,

Not by trying to get it right,

But by simply returning,

And that in itself is ease.

This space,

This breath,

This moment,

None of it is asking you to be more than you are.

So let's unlearn the need to strive,

And gently remember that life often flows better when we soften.

So gently close your eyes,

And let your breath find you,

Feel it arriving,

Leaving,

Without any effort at all.

Begin to scan gently through your body,

The crown of your head,

And imagine a wave of soft golden light pouring down.

This light is bringing ease wherever it touches,

Across your forehead,

Over your eyes,

And just soften the space between your brows,

Unclench your jaw,

Relax the back of your neck.

Use this light to melt through your shoulders,

Unravelling any weight you've been holding.

See it flowing down your arms,

Your hands and fingers,

Your chest and belly.

This light is softening,

Releasing,

Loosening.

Let your hips feel grounded,

Let your legs feel supported.

Your feet are connected to the earth,

Steady and calm.

So you don't have to hold everything right now.

We'll now move into a simple practice called sighing breath.

It's a gentle reset,

A letting go of invisible effort,

And it's a way to remind your nervous system,

You're safe.

And here's how it works.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And then let it out with an open mouth sigh.

And just feel your body release with the sound.

Let's try it.

Inhale through your nose.

And exhale with a sigh.

And again,

One more time,

Inhale.

And exhale with a sigh.

And once more in your own time.

Let yourself feel that exhale ripple through you and let it be enough.

Now return to your soft,

Natural breath.

And just stay with the sense of release and openness.

Good.

Now visualize that you're standing on the edge of a beautiful path.

It winds gently forward,

Open,

Sunlit,

Inviting.

The ground is soft beneath your feet.

The air is crisp,

It's clean,

Warm,

Alive.

This path is not a race,

It's not an obligation,

It's yours.

And as you begin to walk,

You notice how your body moves without strain.

Each step feels effortless,

Each breath a companion.

Bird song weaves through the trees,

Sunlight flickers through the leaves.

As you walk,

You realize you don't have to push,

You don't have to rush.

Life is unfolding with you.

And along this path,

Ease doesn't mean doing nothing.

It means doing what feels true,

Without forcing.

So pause here for a moment.

Visualize stopping in a clearing ahead.

You sit beneath a tree.

You exhale and the earth holds you and feel that gift being carried,

Not by effort,

But by alignment.

You belong here.

And now,

As your breath settles and the inner landscape quiets,

Let's pause for a gentle moment of reflection.

There's no rush.

Let this be a space where insight arrives like morning mist,

Soft,

Subtle,

And sincere.

So take a moment to turn inward,

Listening not with your mind,

But with the deeper part of you that understands without words.

And ask yourself softly.

What part of me is ready to soften today?

Where can I allow in a little more warmth or wonder or ease?

There's nothing to fix.

No answers are needed right now.

Just breathe with the questions and allow whatever arises to be enough.

Now bring one hand to your heart and one to your belly and feel the stillness you've created.

This is your calm,

Your courage,

Your ease,

Your quiet light.

Whisper gently to yourself.

I carry calm and courage.

I meet the day with open hands.

Let this be your quiet promise to yourself.

And when you're ready,

Slowly return with ease,

Carrying this presence into your day like a soft,

Glowing thread.

Let this affirmation rise gently within you.

I allow ease to guide my way.

I move with grace.

Let those words settle into your cells.

Let them rewire something old.

Let them become a truth that you carry forward.

As you gently begin to return,

Notice how your body feels now.

Lightened,

Softened,

Clearer.

Take another breath in,

Drawing in ease,

Grace,

Trust,

And exhale,

Sending it forward into your day.

There will be things to do today,

Moments to respond to,

People to meet,

Tasks to complete.

But they don't all require your attention.

You can move with presence,

Flow with softness,

Pause when needed,

And allow life to rise up and meet you.

Just take one more step on this quiet path.

It will carry you.
