Anna Schlegel

Anna has been teaching meditation, yoga, breathwork & movement all over the world for the last 9 years. Always on a mission to help people live a healthy, fulfilled life in the present moment. She started her studies in yoga & meditation in 2012 at the Sivananda Yoga Institute in Vienna. Since then, she encountered & practiced many different styles of yoga & meditation, leaving Austria in 2016 to travel the world & formally become certified as a yoga & meditation teacher under Zuna Yoga in Bali, Indonesia. From there, she explored many different cultures, traditions, & teachings around the globe, including hatha yoga (yin & yang styles), bhakti yoga, mantra singing, pranayama, astrology, & various forms of meditation, including in-depth practice of mindfulness (vipassana) meditation. She has been studying & teaching throughout Europe, North, Central & South America, Africa, the Middle East & Asia, always seeking to share her own learnings & experiences with her students. Her teachings are influenced by the wide variety of philosophies & practices she encountered along the way, but also by the different cultures & forms of living worldwide. 3 years ago, she & her partner founded The BELL Center - a Mindfulness Meditation Center in the coastal rainforest in Ecuador. Here they focus on the practice of mindfulness in order to (re)connect with ourselves & the world around and find into the present moment, to increase our quality of living & level of happiness.
