Welcome,
Sister,
To your heart and womb meditation.
Begin to take a comfortable seated position or lying down.
Eliminate all distractions and start to close your eyes or soften your gaze and honor yourself exactly as you are in this moment.
Bring your awareness to your breath and settle into your breath and your body.
Welcome yourself here and spend a few moments consciously breathing deeply and fully in and out.
The breath is your most intimate connection to Source.
Grow your breath and rest in the breath.
Rest in the knowing that you are safe and divinely protected.
When you're ready,
Begin to place your left hand on your heart and your right hand on your womb just below your navel.
Begin to feel love from your heart being absorbed in through your left palm.
And feel this love traveling up your left arm,
Across your chest,
Down your right arm,
And out through your right palm,
Filling your belly with warmth and light.
Breathe into this connection.
And once you feel a strong connection between your heart and your womb,
Start to visualize what your womb looks like inside.
Allow yourself to listen,
Feel,
Sense,
And experience your womb space.
Notice what sensations or emotions arise as I guide you to do this.
Can you be with what is?
Breathe.
Connect to your womb and notice.
Is it warm or cool?
Dark or bright?
As your awareness rests here,
You may notice blockages or resistance.
There may be feelings that you haven't felt in some time,
Or maybe that you have never felt before.
It's okay,
Sister.
It is safe to feel what you need to feel.
Let your womb know that you are listening to whatever she needs to share without judgment,
Without blame,
Without shame.
Breathe and listen with your whole being.
Let your womb know that you are ready and willing to restore balance and harmony to your sacred center.
Breathe in and feel your sacredness and let your womb know that you honor her wisdom,
Magic,
And mystery retained within.
Let her know that you honor her life-giving potential,
Her power,
And her pain,
And her choices.
Breathe and listen.
Allow yourself to hear,
To see,
To experience what your womb has to say to you without judgment.
Be the witness without attachment.
Stay with the breath and the awareness of your womb.
This is your sacred center no matter what you may have been conditioned to believe,
No matter what you have experienced here.
Forgive,
Let go,
And surrender.
Just listen and allow yourself to experience your womb from this space of awareness.
Begin filling your womb with light,
Calling upon the light of the central sun,
The light of your ancestors,
God,
Goddess,
Your guides and angels.
Draw down the light from the heavenly realms down into your womb,
Scanning the space and seeing if there are any areas holding tension or darkness.
Invite in that palpable light to cleanse and heal those places,
Washing away the pain,
The grief,
The anger.
Allow the light to wash away the sadness,
The disappointment,
The violation.
Begin to add any objects to this space that you would feel would make it more beautiful.
Maybe you fill this space with candles,
A garden in full bloom,
Water,
Crystals,
Or the finest of tapestries.
Whether a soul has left or you're calling one in or just wanting to reconnect with your womb,
Adorn her with beauty and love and grace.
Rest here and hold the vision of this now enhanced space for a few moments.
Visualize and feel your desires,
Your hopes,
Your dreams,
Your creations coming into fruition from this adorned sacred space.
Bring your awareness back to your heart and offer yourself some of your own shining love.
Become more aware of your breath,
Letting it deepen,
Growing it into the depths of your body,
Your cells.
Begin to bring your awareness back to the room,
Noticing the surface beneath you,
Feeling the temperature and the sensations.
Start to wiggle fingers and toes,
Gently,
Mindfully reawaken the body.
Breathing once again into the awareness and the trust that you are safe and divinely protected and you are oh so loved.
Take your time to reintegrate and if you feel cold to do so,
I want to invite you to write in your journal any particular messages that you may have received or anything that you desire to remember from this healing meditative journey.
Thank you for trusting me.
Thank you for joining me.
Have a blessed day.
