Welcome to this meditation to forgive other people.

Make sure that you have listened to forgiving yourself first,

Because that is the first step to take.

If you have already done so,

Let's begin.

After you have started to forgive yourself,

It is time to forgive people that you feel have harmed your sense of self in some way,

Shape,

Or form.

When you blame another person,

You give your own power away,

Because you are placing the responsibility of your feelings on somebody else.

Instead of focusing on blaming others,

Switch to understanding yourself.

Whenever you become upset about what others did wrong,

Let the experience be.

Let it unfold and tell yourself that no one can hurt you without your approval.

Allow yourself to freely feel your emotions and master yourself.

Your emotions are either in or out.

Your past is no longer here in your physical reality.

There is no need for past moments to be here in your mind.

That will prevent you from being present.

Some people in your life did certain things to you that you perceived as good.

Other people did things that you perceived as bad.

Both of them are necessary for you to grow,

To learn,

And to develop yourself.

The first people you can start to forgive are your parents,

Both your mom and your dad.

You were created out of their essence.

Every person on this planet inherently loves their parents.

It doesn't matter what they did,

It doesn't matter if they're dead or alive,

It doesn't even matter if you still see them or not.

You were born out of love.

To have any kind of negative emotions or resentment towards either one of your parents doesn't serve you nor the people around you.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Take another deep breath in and out.

Make sure that your body is very comfortable and relaxed.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Visualize both of your parents in front of you.

Feel their presence here with you.

They are here right now in spirit.

Turn to your mother and say,

I forgive you for ______.

I forgive you for ______.

Think of another thing that you want to forgive your mother for.

I forgive you for ______.

Take a deep breath in and let go.

Let's repeat the same process with your father.

Turn to your father and say,

I forgive you for ______.

I forgive you for ______.

Think of another thing that you want to forgive your father for.

I forgive you for ______.

Take a deep breath in and let go.

Let's move on to forgive other family members.

This can be an uncle,

Aunt,

Nephew,

Cousin,

Sister,

Brother,

Or anyone else in your family.

Take a moment now and think of this other family member that you choose to forgive.

With a calm and neutral attitude,

Imagine that this person is sitting in front of you.

Truly feel this person's energy here with you.

Think of the thing that you want to forgive this person for.

Usually,

Your intuition opens up and lets you know the thing that you need to forgive.

Connect with your family member in front of you and say to him or her,

I forgive you for ______.

Take a few moments now to do this.

If there is another person in your family or another thing that you want to forgive,

Feel free to do so by repeating the same process.

Take a deep breath in and let go.

Other people that often need forgiving are your friends.

They can be a childhood friend,

A friend that abandoned you,

Or another type of friend.

Think of a friend who you like to forgive.

Stay neutral in your emotions and imagine that this person is here with you.

Really feel that your friend is there with you right now.

Tell this person what you want to forgive him or her for.

I forgive you for ______.

I forgive you for ______.

Take a few moments now to do this.

If there is another friend or another thing that you want to forgive,

Feel free to do so by repeating the same process.

Take a deep breath in and let go.

Sometimes the things that block you later in life are a result of your teachers.

Since we often have dozens of teachers throughout our lives,

All the way from kindergarten throughout university,

The chance is high that some of these teachers weren't very good to you.

Forgiving these teachers will help you to break free from the blocks they instilled in you and to become more grateful for who you are.

Think of one of your teachers who you like to forgive.

Stay neutral in your emotions and imagine that this teacher is there with you.

Really feel that this teacher is there with you.

Tell this person what you want to forgive him or her for.

I forgive you for ______.

I forgive you for ______.

Take a few moments now to do this.

If there is another teacher or another thing that you want to forgive,

Feel free to do so by repeating the same process.

Take a deep breath in and let go.

Another group of people that you could forgive are politicians and certain countries.

For example,

For a long time,

I was very angry and upset with Australia because they rejected my permanent residence application in a very disheartening way.

They gave me just a few days' notice to leave their country after I've lived there for over six years.

That led me to become depressed and addicted to drugs as I held on to that anger and disappointment and I didn't know how to release it and to feel worthy again.

After I have forgiven Australia,

I quickly moved on.

I became happier,

I stopped my addictions,

And I changed my life rapidly.

Who is a politician or a country that you need to forgive?

Imagine that person or a person who is representative of the country in front of you.

Tell that person,

I forgive you for fill in the blank.

I forgive you for.

.

.

Take a few moments now to do this.

If there is another country or politician or another thing that you want to forgive,

Feel free to do so by repeating the same process.

Take a deep breath in and let go.

Finally,

Perhaps there are other people or organizations that you want and need to forgive.

Think for a moment now about who this might be.

Usually,

Your intuition will tell you who you still need to forgive and for what.

Open yourself up to your powerful intuition and let's forgive.

Remember the forgiveness statement,

I forgive you for fill in the blank.

Take a few moments now to do so.

Well done and congratulations for being open and having the willingness to forgive.

Not necessarily for them,

But for yourself in order to move on with your life.

When you do this meditation for the first time,

It might be hard for you to forgive and to let go.

Remember,

It starts with the intention to forgive.

The more that you do this,

The easier it becomes to forgive and the quicker you are able to create real change in your life.

Now let's fill your mind with inspiring statements.

Repeat these statements in your mind and let them fill your consciousness.

Instead of judging others,

I simply observe.

Where there is hate,

I bring love.

Where there is darkness,

I bring light.

I listen to the wisdom of my heart.

My ego is no longer in control.

I am a giver of forgiveness.

I forgive everyone in my past for all perceived wrongs.

I release everyone with love and kindness.

When I send love instead of hate,

I get the immediate result of inner contentment.

I choose to be kind instead of right.

When I am peaceful,

I attract peaceful people.

I avoid telling people what to do.

I listen to everyone I meet with my undivided attention.

I am always living in the now.

As I become fully present,

I stop to live in the past.

Living in the present moment makes it easier for me to forgive.

I appreciate the beauty that is all around me.

I am an instrument of peace and love.

I radiate with love and light.

I allow spirit to flow through me.

I allow harmony into my life.

I always stay connected to spirit,

Even when it seems hard to do.

I am content with my life.

I attract only to myself those who are in alignment with my highest ideals of myself.

I am safe.

I am tolerant of contrary opinions.

Every moment is creating my future.

It is no fun being a victim.

I stop to look for things that easily offend me.

I refuse to be helpless anymore.

I reclaim my own power.

I have control over how I feel.

I give myself the freedom from the past.

I move with joy into the now.

There's no problem too big or too small that cannot be solved with love.

I am ready to be healed.

I am willing to forgive.

I know that all the negative patterns are no longer limiting me.

It is now safe for me to release all of my childhood trauma and move into love.

All was well,

All is well,

And all will be well.
