Chandana Gopal

Chandana is a Hatha Yoga instructor with a focus on functional movement, breathing and mindfulness. She particularly enjoys teaching yoga to seniors, beginners and active people (very strong but with limited mobility) that have never tried yoga before. She is deeply interested in understanding the importance of fascia and how it impacts every aspect of our lives. Chandana is also a trained classical Indian dancer and loves bringing the worlds of yoga and dance together.
