Harnessing the power of your breath to heal. After she spent a few years as a qualitative researcher and listening to patients who were admitted to the hospital, she realized that breathing isn't just biological—it’s emotional. A lot of the patients were stressed before admission. Then, she trained as a yoga teacher and learnt different ways to breathe for relaxation. She did her research and produced her own audios for people to learn and understand how to keep calm. Gurmit has been supporting young people and adults with various planned activities, and where possible, she has tried to incorporate breathwork and relaxation into her training. Many have said that the audios have helped them a lot, and they feel so much better and calmer. Ready to breathe better? Let’s start together.
