Yoga Nidra: Reiki Energy Healing

I'm Frankie,

And I'm a Reiki Grandmaster.

It's an honor to guide you through this Reiki energy healing yoga nidra today,

A sacred journey of deep rest and light activation.

In this practice,

Your body will enter profound stillness,

While Reiki,

The universal life force energy,

Flows through every cell,

Cleansing,

Balancing,

And restoring you on all levels of your being.

Take your time to find your comfortable position,

Lying down on your back,

Supported beneath the knees or head,

A soft blanket covering you,

Or perhaps an eye pillow resting gently.

Let yourself feel completely safe,

Held,

And ready to receive healing.

Take three slow conscious breaths,

Inhaling through the nose,

Drawing in peace,

Exhaling through the mouth,

Releasing all effort.

Again,

Inhale calm,

Exhale release.

Another deep inhale,

And exhale fully into surrender.

I invite you now to bring in your sankalpa for this meditation,

A heartfelt intention.

Perhaps whisper,

I am open to receive divine healing.

Reiki flows freely through every cell of my body.

I am restored,

Balanced,

And whole.

Feel into your sankalpa,

What's alive for you.

Now repeat your sankalpa three times,

Feeling its vibration echo through your entire being.

Now I will chant three Reiki symbols,

Chokho Rei for amplifying energy,

Seiki for balancing emotions,

And then Hon Sha Zi Sho Nei,

Extending healing beyond time and space.

Chokho Rei,

Seiki,

Hon Sha Zi Sho Nei.

Now silently or aloud,

Speak these words.

Reiki energy flow through me.

Heal what needs to heal.

Fill me with light,

Love,

And wisdom.

Harmonize my body,

Mind,

And spirit.

Guide me home to balance and peace.

Now visualize a golden white current descending from above your crown,

Entering through the top of your head,

Flowing down your spine like a luminous river.

You are surrounded by this light,

Your aura glowing in hues of violet,

Gold,

And silver.

This is Reiki,

Intelligent,

Eternal,

And full of love.

Visualize your hands glowing brighter,

Radiant with divine Reiki light.

Feel the warmth blooming in your chest,

Gentle yet powerful.

Place the palms of your hands over your heart if you feel cold.

Let the Reiki energy flow like ripples in a calm lake.

This warmth is love in motion,

Reiki moving through your heart chakra.

Expanding your field of compassion,

Dissolving old pain,

Reminding you that you are love itself.

With each breath,

The energy grows stronger,

Letting your hands move to your solar plexus,

Where your self-belief and inner power resides.

Golden streams of energy flow down now into your solar plexus.

Reiki fuels your confidence and transforms doubt into luminous purpose.

From there,

The energy descends into your sacral chakra,

Awakening creativity,

Pleasure,

And emotional ease.

Every inhale draws in light.

Every exhale releases what's no longer needed.

The current of energy continues down into the root chakra,

Anchoring you into the magnetic embrace of Mother Earth.

Feel this as safety,

Belonging,

And stability.

From your root,

The energy begins its upward journey once again,

Flowing up through the spine,

Up through each of your 33 vertebrae,

Nourishing everyone.

Up through the heart,

Through the throat,

The third eye,

And finally through the crown.

A fountain of light connecting you to the infinite source.

Let Reiki spiral through all directions.

Heart,

Solar plexus,

Sacral,

Third eye,

And back again to your heart.

A sacred circuit of balance,

Wholeness,

And renewal.

Every cell in your body vibrates with divine intelligence.

You may sense tingling,

Heat,

Or waves of cool expansion.

All signs that Reiki is working within.

Your nervous system relaxes into coherence.

Breath and heartbeat slow in harmony.

The mind softens.

The soul remembers its natural rhythm.

You are being healed by light effortlessly.

Forming layers of soft color.

Eyes and eyelids relax.

The tiny muscles behind the eyes release.

Reiki fills your mouth,

And teeth.

The whole head glows,

Awareness drifts now to the throat chakra.

Vishuddha,

Shining sky blue light.

Reiki releases constriction.

Truth and expression flow freely.

Freely down the neck,

Across the shoulders and upper back.

Melting layers of weight you no longer need to carry.

Let the shoulders drop.

Feel space widen around your heart.

Right arm.

The Reiki energy travels down the right collarbone,

Shoulder joint,

Upper arm,

Elbow.

Forearm,

Wrist,

And hand.

Reiki flows through the meridians like liquid gold.

Each finger glows.

Thumb.

Index.

Middle.

Ring.

Little finger.

The palm radiates healing warmth.

Energy flows easily,

Giving and receiving in balance.

Awareness now moving to your left arm.

Now the left collarbone.

Shoulder.

Upper arm.

Elbow.

Forearm.

Wrist.

Hand.

And all five fingers.

Reiki mirrors the same descent,

Harmonizing both sides.

Both palms now shimmer.

Your Reiki hands,

Channels of pure love.

Feel the gentle pulse of energy in both your palms.

Now bring your awareness along your upper back and spine.

Reiki traces every vertebra from your crown to tailbone,

Realigning and freeing blocked currents of energy.

At the heart center,

Anahata Chakra,

A radiant emerald green light blossoms.

Breathe into this space,

Your heart space.

Reiki heals grief and awakens compassion.

Awareness flows through your chest,

Ribs and sternum,

Expanding warmth.

At the solar plexus,

Manipura Chakra glows like sunlight.

Reiki ignites self-worth and confidence.

You shine effortlessly from within.

Navel and lower belly.

Here lies the sacral chakra,

Swirling amber.

Each one bathed in golden light.

This is the root chakra,

Reiki grounds you into the earth's steady rhythm.

Relaxes the glutes,

Tailbone,

Sacrum,

The foundations of your being.

With every exhale,

Roots of light grow from your tailbone deep into the soil.

Anchoring safety,

Belonging and strength.

Right leg,

Move your awareness into your right hip.

Thigh,

Knee,

Shin,

Calf,

Ankle and foot.

Reiki spirals down like molten gold.

Each toe glows,

Big to little.

Shining with life force,

The entire right leg hums gently,

Grounded and alive.

Reiki flows evenly here too,

Back body integration,

Shoulders,

Back of the head,

Back of the crown.

Reiki moves up and down this luminous column,

Harmonizing the back body.

The whole back rests heavy yet radiant,

Filled with quiet strength.

Bringing the energy down through the front body,

Down the forehead,

Face,

Throat,

Chest,

Abdomen,

Pelvis,

Legs,

Feet.

The front body opens,

Soft,

Trusting,

Receptive.

Reiki flows through like a gentle river of love.

Now sensing both sides together,

Front and back,

Right and left,

Upper and lower.

One radiant breathing organism of light.

You are now completely bathed in Reiki energy.

The physical,

Emotional,

And spiritual bodies united.

Now in this state of unity,

Behind your closed eyes,

See yourself standing at the entrance to a temple of light.

It rises before you in crystalline beauty.

Translucent walls,

Shimmering every color of the rainbow.

The air hums with the sacred sound,

The resonance of OM vibrating through every molecule.

As you step forward,

You feel the ground beneath your feet,

Glowing gold energy.

You are greeted by luminous beings,

Reiki masters and guides of love,

Robed in light.

In the center of the temple,

A great crystal column of light arises from the floor to ceiling,

The current flows upward again,

Creating a continuous circuit,

Heaven to earth,

The living conduit of divine force energy.
