Hi,

This is Frankie and welcome to this meditation about releasing relationship limiting beliefs.

Find yourself in a comfortable space where you can sit or lie down and take a deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment before slowly exhaling.

Set an intention to release any limiting beliefs that you have about relationships that may have shaped your experiences.

Now finish this statement today I'm letting go of.

That's right and you're going to let go of this to make room for healthier and more loving connections.

I now invite you to connect your breath in a deeper way breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth.

Connected breaths just follow with my breathing pattern.

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

That's right just let your body breathe as we dive deep into this meditation.

While you continue to breathe bring your awareness to your thoughts about relationships.

Notice any beliefs that may arise.

Beliefs you've held on to perhaps without even realizing it.

Feel into your body and see if you can notice where this belief or beliefs are in your body.

Feel the energy of these beliefs within your body.

This could be beliefs about love,

Trust or your worthiness in relationships.

In a moment we are going to dissolve them.

That's right and you'll be dissolving them with your exhale as you blow them out of your body.

With each and every exhale imagine these beliefs are slowly dissolving.

That's right with every exhale these beliefs and the energy of these beliefs are dissolving away.

You don't need to hold on to them any longer.

You are dissolving them with every exhale.

You are not bound by the past experiences.

You are exhaling them away.

You are dissolving them with every exhale.

They are getting smaller and smaller and dissolving away.

You are not bound by these stories.

With every exhale they shrink and fade away gradually disappearing into nothingness.

Smaller and smaller they are now fading to nothing.

As you breathe visualize light filling the space where these old beliefs once resided.

This light represents the new beliefs and now as you breathe in you are breathing in new possibilities.

That's right with every breath in you welcome healthier beliefs.

Breathing in you open your heart for love for yourself.

Love that serves your highest good.

You are breathing in and feeling a sense that the limiting beliefs are gone.

With each inhale replaced with openness and trust.

That's right openness and trust in yourself.

You can now let go of your connected breathing.

You are free to create new beliefs.

Ones that support love connection and joy in your relationships.

Now you are ready to repeat these affirmations after me.

I am worthy of love trust love trust and connection.

I am worthy of love trust and connection.

I am open to new healthy beliefs about relationships.

Now take a final deep breath.

Feel into your body feeling the freedom and openness within you.

With your next exhale just let go of all the old beliefs once and for all.

And now as you bring your awareness back to the present moment know that you have created space for healthier and more loving relationships.

And each time you do this meditation you open yourself up more and more releasing the old and bringing in the new perspectives on relationships and love.

And as we say goodbye for today remember you love yourself so you can create the space to love others.
