Welcome,
Dear soul,
To this meditation,
The Love of One.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in,
And exhale gently,
Letting your whole being soften into this moment.
Allow your shoulders to relax,
Your breath to slow,
Your awareness to settle like dust in golden light.
You are entering a sacred journey,
A journey into the love of one,
The love that lives beneath all lives,
The love that breathes through all beings,
The love that is the true foundation of who you are.
Close your eyes softly,
If you haven't already,
And bring your awareness to the center of your chest.
Feel a warmth there,
Faint at first,
Like a glowing amber at the end of a long night.
With each breath,
That warmth grows stronger,
Brighter,
More alive.
Imagine now that your heart opens,
Like a doorway into a vast luminous field,
A field of oneness,
A field of unity,
A field of pure,
Infinite love.
Step into this gently,
As though you are stepping into sacred ground.
Here,
The air feels different,
Lighter,
More spacious,
Full of life.
You can sense it,
You are not separate,
You have never been separate,
You are entering the love of one.
Begin breathing slowly through your heart,
Inhaling,
Feeling yourself drawing in universal love.
With each exhale,
Feel yourself dissolving into that love.
With each inhale,
You merge with the great web of life.
With each exhale,
The great web of life merges with you.
You breathe the trees,
You breathe the oceans,
You breathe all of existence.
Your breath touches the stars,
Your breath touches the animals,
Your breath touches the entire living world.
Feel your heartbeat sinking,
Sinking with the heartbeat of the earth,
Steady,
Ancient,
Eternal.
You are part of everything,
And everything is part of you.
As you continue with your slow breaths,
A soft radiance appears before you,
A vast shimmering light.
This is the great heart,
The heart of consciousness,
The heart of creation,
The heart of all beings.
It pulses now with gentle waves of love.
These waves are washing through your chest,
The waves of love through your ribcage,
The waves of love through your entire being.
As you step even closer,
You feel something inside you awaken,
A remembering.
This light is not separate from you,
It has always lived inside you.
You have always been connected,
Not by effort,
Not through prayers or belief,
But by truth,
The truth that all hearts are part of one heart,
The great heart,
The love of one.
Now feel walls inside you beginning to dissolve,
The walls you built from fear,
The walls from old pain,
From the stories of separation,
All begin to soften,
Like old stone warmed by sunlight,
Like ice melting into a river,
Those walls dissolve as the great heart pulses with love.
Let each pulse wash through you now,
Each pulse releasing old wounds,
Releasing fear of being seen,
Releasing fear of being hurt,
Releasing fear of being alone.
Everything that once felt tight begins to loosen now,
Everything that once felt heavy begins to fall away.
As you take a deep breath in and release it out,
You notice more space opens,
More softness,
More love,
The walls do not need to be broken,
The walls simply melt,
Now imagine stepping forward into the great heart of light,
As you enter,
The light gently surrounds you and then moves through you,
Becoming you.
Feel yourself merging with it,
The boundaries dissolving,
The sense of me softening,
Until only presence remains,
Only love remains,
You see you are not inside the light,
You are the light,
You are the love of one,
And you can feel it,
The love that lives in the rivers is your love,
The love that lives in every living being is your love,
The love of your ancestors,
Of spirit is your love,
It is one love expressing itself through millions of forms,
Including you.
Feel that unity wash through your body,
Like a warm current,
Feel the truth of it,
Let every cell in your body vibrate it,
You are the ocean,
You are the shore,
You are the wave,
You are the stillness beneath it all,
You are the love of one,
Alive inside a human body.
Now from your heart,
Let a wave of love radiate outwards,
Send your love to those you care about,
Send it to those who challenge you,
Send it to those you've never met,
Send it across oceans,
Across continents,
Across the world,
To every being who has ever known the taste of love,
Or known the weight of sorrow.
Whisper inwardly,
May all beings know love,
May all beings feel held,
May all beings be free,
May all beings remember we are one,
Feel that blessing returning to you,
Expanded,
Amplified,
Purified,
Because when you bless the world,
The world blesses you,
It is all just one movement,
One breath,
One love,
Slowly,
Slowly,
Feel yourself returning into your physical body,
But not disconnected,
You remain open,
You remain connected,
You bring in the knowing that you are part of the one love,
Bringing your attention to your heart once more,
Warm,
Open,
Bright,
Whisper gently to yourself,
I am part of everything,
Everything is part of me,
I am love of one,
And the love of one lives in me,
That's right,
You are part of everything,
Everything is part of you,
You are one love,
And one love lives in you,
Take a final breath,
Exhale gratitude,
Gratitude for yourself,
Gratitude for the love you have within,
When you are ready,
Wrap your arms around yourself,
And give yourself a hug,
Allowing your awareness to slowly return to the space around you,
Still glowing,
Still connected,
Still held in the love of one,
