Breathing deep into your body,

The oneness of all,

Taking deep breaths in and slow breaths out.

Feel the breath move through you,

Nourishing every part of your body.

With each inhale,

Sense the vast existence filling you.

With each exhale,

Release illusions of separateness.

You are connected to everything.

You are not alone.

As you breathe,

Become aware of the space within you.

The space between each inhale and exhale,

The space between each thought.

Within this space there is stillness,

Expansion and infinite presence.

The entire universe exists within you.

The same energy that moves the stars flows through your veins.

Feel the connection deepening,

Beyond body,

Beyond time.

Your breath is the breath of all beings.

Breathing in,

Your heart beats in rhythm with the great cosmic pulse.

There is no I,

No you,

No one.

The unified field,

The eternal presence of all that is.

Rest here,

Breathe as one.

Feel energy flowing in through you with your breath.

You are the vastness.

You are the stillness.

You are everything and you are nothing.

In this moment you are whole.

You are complete.

You are infinite.

There is no separation,

Just oneness,

Just being.
