She is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher with a firm pulse on the philosophies of yoga, including trauma-informed practices, emotional intelligence, yoga as a life path, somatic healing, and bhakti. In addition, Cat is a Certified Mastery Method Coach trained by Clinical Somatic Psychotherapist, Alyssa Nobriga . Overall, nothing makes her happier than helping all walks of life find their passions, see their worth beyond just productivity, and create a life of true authenticity.
