She believes that Creativity and Mindfulness are the two sides of the same coin. ' We need both in order to thrive and become the best versions of ourselves" Catherine has worked to support young people and families in distress for over 20 years and uses mindfulness in her practice as a Youth worker and Wellbeing practitioner. She is Playful, Mindful and Helpful, and uses bespoke mediations, creative writing and imagination in order to create a safe space where you can refocus and relax.
