His work is rooted in compassion, presence, and nervous system awareness. Dan is a certified iRest meditation teacher, MMTCP-certified mindfulness teacher, Precision Nutrition Level 2 coach. He’s also an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher currently completing a 1000-hour Therapeutic Yoga certification. Drawing from a wide range of therapeutic movement practices—including Myofascial Release, Controlled Articular Rotations, and mobility training—Dan helps people reconnect with their bodies, restore functional movement, and build embodied resilience. He offers a safe, grounded space for anyone seeking healing, deeper self-awareness, or aligned transformation.
