I work with people who want healthier, more honest relationships, with themselves and with others. My focus is on learning how to stay present when things get uncomfortable, feel emotions without acting them out, and relate in ways that are boundaried, grounded, and genuinely loving. A lot of what gets in the way of connection lives in the parts of us we’d rather avoid: reactivity, fear, guilt, anger, withdrawal, people-pleasing, control. I work to create a space where we don’t try to transcend those parts or make them prettier. We learn how to meet them, understand them, and stay in relationship while they’re here. I teach and practice things like: emotional honesty without collapse or aggression boundaries without guilt, rigidity, or withdrawal staying connected during conflict or activation listening and speaking without fixing or performing relating in ways that are functional, human, and real Most “inner work” makes sense in theory. Living it with other people is where it gets challenging, and where it actually matters. Everything I offer is oriented toward that lived edge. I offer teachings here on Insight Timer, and for those who want to go further, I also host relational practice spaces where we work with these dynamics in real time, with other people. This work isn’t about insight alone. It’s about changing how you show up in conversations, conflict, intimacy, and everyday connection. It's the work of my lifetime, and hope you'll join me there.
