Welcome to this journey into your authentic self.

My name is Dia Rivers and it is my great honor to be your guide today.

I invite you to grab your journal and create a super comfy scenario for yourself as we prepare to journey together deeply into your true nature.

As you settle in,

Begin to become aware of the sounds around you,

Noticing what you hear,

Becoming aware of the smells in the air,

Noticing the physical sensations on your skin,

Bringing your awareness to the natural rhythm of breath flowing through your body.

If you are holding your breath,

That's no problem.

This is the perfect time to oxygenate your body.

Noticing what type of breath feels natural for you in this moment.

It might be shallow,

Slow,

Or full.

Your current experience is perfect.

It's wonderful to witness what the body is doing with a conscious awareness.

Now experimenting with making the breath as smooth and continuous as possible,

Seeing if you can make the exhale just a little bit longer than the inhale.

So if your inhale is a count of 3,

See if you can make your exhale a count of 4,

5,

Or 6.

Feeling the belly expanding with the inhale,

And a deeper settling in on the exhale.

Seeing if you can make the breath nice and rhythmic,

Just like the ocean waves,

Trying to keep the breath moving continuously,

Rather than pausing in between breaths.

Noticing any places in your body where you might be holding on to any stress or tension,

And letting those areas soften with the exhale.

Noticing the jaw and the shoulders,

Feeling expansive throughout the forehead.

Noticing if you can bring the inhale into the upper belly now,

Exhaling through the nose or mouth,

Whichever you prefer.

If you need more cleansing and releasing,

Exhaling through the mouth can be helpful.

Nice rhythmic breath,

Nice and easy,

Relaxing and softening with each exhale.

And just continuing with your own rhythm of breath for a few more rounds,

Allowing your breath to settle into how it wants to breathe.

Imagine seeing yourself in your mind's eye in a sacred place in nature.

You can see and feel yourself nestled in the mountains,

Being held by a peaceful river,

Either fully immersed on your back or tummy,

Or perhaps sitting on the bank with your feet in the healing waters.

You feel completely comfortable and at peace in this magical place.

You notice that it is dusk,

And the sky is slowly changing from blue to indigo with pink hues and a trace of yellow and orange.

It's still light enough to see the field of wildflowers in the distance.

The flowers appear to be dancing happily in a soft breeze.

The sound of the water is soothing as it flows downstream over rocks and boulders.

It seems that it rained recently as there is an earthy smell in the air.

You smell smoke from a fire.

Insects are chirping their goodnight all around you.

There is no one in sight,

But you're not completely alone because there is drumming coming from the circle of trees to the right.

Even though it's getting darker by the minute,

You are not afraid.

You feel safe and alive here.

You feel at ease in the water,

The way it both holds and supports you,

The way it catches the sunlight,

The quiet solitude and the sound of the water.

It all feels completely magical.

Here you feel connected to God,

Spirit,

Nature,

Love,

The universe,

All of them as one,

Supporting you and alive in you,

Feeling your oneness.

You can feel the recharge happening within you from the healing powers of the river.

You can feel yourself growing stronger in body,

Mind,

And spirit with each breath.

While here in this sacred,

Rejuvenating place,

Your true nature becomes crystal clear.

You can feel the truth in you,

And how it's the same truth in every element surrounding you.

You feel the enoughness of simply being.

As you settle into this feeling of interconnectedness,

You can hear the following statements and repeat them aloud if that's available for you.

My name is … say your name.

I now see and feel with complete clarity that I am deserving of happiness and love.

My name is … and I am deserving of happiness and love.

My name is … and I am capable of speaking up for myself.

My name is … and I am infinitely valuable.

I was born this way and there is nothing I can do to lose my value.

My emotions are my teachers.

I choose to listen to their wisdom today.

They won't kill me.

I am safe to feel my emotions as they arise.

And I am also safe to let them go.

My name is … and I am supposed to be here on this planet at this time.

I am here to serve a purpose.

I have a destiny to fulfill.

My name is … and I belong.

My name is … and I am deserving of happiness and love.

Feeling the truth of these words reorganizing yourselves and integrating into your mind.

Feeling the waters echoing this truth through their gentle caress.

Here in these healing waters,

You're able to receive a wisdom message for your day.

Your soul is inviting you to heal deeper,

To elevate past the old hurts,

To transcend beyond your past,

To let go of what and who no longer serves you,

To protect your energy daily,

To forgive yourself,

To love yourself unconditionally,

To honor your body as a temple.

All of this in order to transcend surviving,

To truly thrive.

Allowing these words to wash over you,

Rejuvenating your brainwaves,

Just as the healing river water is rejuvenating your spirit.

Feeling forgiveness energy flowing through the waters now.

Feeling yourself being washed clean by the healing power of forgiveness.

Allowing this process to be effortless,

To feel good,

Nourishing,

And comforting.

You can feel yourself becoming lighter as you let go of past grievances,

Allowing them to flow on down the river,

To be repurposed by the deep wisdom of the waters.

Receiving the river's gift.

Feeling the river whispering forgiveness into every fiber of your being.

Feeling that it's all okay.

Tuning in with the truth that you have always done the best you could.

Tuning in with the perception that everyone is always doing the best they can with what they have.

Visualizing and seeing clearly that the river water conspires to form a bubble of protection around you,

Filled with the exact colors that help you feel safe and loved.

Allow the bubble to be the exact size and shape that will best suit your needs in this moment.

Know that this bubble is here to protect you from any negative energies,

And all of the positive energies can still come into your space.

Anything that will elevate you is allowed in.

No energy that can harm you will permeate this bubble of protection.

See and feel it,

Filling up with the exact swirl of loving colors that you know will keep you feeling safe,

Loved,

And protected within your energy field.

Feel how nice it feels in your bubble,

And how it also serves as a charging station for your energy levels,

Your self-love,

Your courage,

And whatever else you need.

You can think of this bubble as your plug-in for all that you need.

Plug in here for protection,

Love,

Warmth,

Energy,

Wisdom,

Inspiration,

And compassion.

This bubble is here with you always,

No matter where you are.

Simply feel into it to remember.

Thank you healing waters and bubble of protection.

Feel free to repeat after me,

I trust the change unfolding in my life.

I can feel the natural rhythm of this life,

Just like the river,

In a constant state of flow.

I choose to follow the flow,

And trust that it's all conspiring in my favor.

Bringing your hands to your heart,

Inhaling deeply,

Suspend the breath at the top,

Feeling the energy swirling around inside of you,

And letting a cleansing exhale out through the mouth when you're ready.

Great work today taking this time for yourself to remember who you truly are.

This is my new favorite meditation. Repeating the healing words, feeling the "drum of trees" the healing waters, the safety bubble, the wildflowers dancing, the colorful sky, the water singing... wow that was magical.
