This track is called the Micro Method and is based on the work of my mentor and teacher Dr Ricci Jane Adams from the Institute for Intuitive Intelligence. This practice helps you to easily recognise the fear and the associated layers of the fear as a stressful thought or physical symptom and quickly provide the conditions required to effortlessly release it. Here we understand that we can consciously redirect our feeling states and remember that feeling is the language of God Consciousness. This practice can be done anywhere and at anytime. The more often we do it, the more efficient we become at the process and the more pliable our nervous system becomes at quickly moving from fear to love. This enables us to develop our intuitive muscles and regulate our emotions and nervous system easily.

Hello and welcome to the micro method.

My name is Kat George from Empowered Alchemy by Kat George and today I will be guiding you through the micro method which was developed at the Institute of Intuitive Intelligence.

The micro method allows whoever uses it to access the method's power for themselves and have a robust tool to meet his or her fear every day.

We must meet our fear every day and when we apply the micro method to our fearful beliefs and physical symptoms we can move quickly the fear block out of our consciousness.

We apply the micro method to any stressful thought and as such release the layers of the fear.

We move directly from recognition of the fear into providing the exact conditions required to release that fear.

This is a profoundly elegant and straightforward process.

It can be done anywhere and at any time.

The more often we do it the more efficient we become in this process.

We are building the muscle of our intuitive intelligence with spiritual fierceness by being willing to meet our fear every day.

We are learning that we can consciously redirect our feeling states and that is particularly important when we remember that the feeling state is the language of God consciousness.

Can you please make sure that you are either lying down or you're sitting in a comfortable position with a straight spine.

Let us begin.

Notice a stressful thought or a physical symptom.

Rate the stressful thought or physical symptom on a scale of one to ten.

Ten being the most intense.

Our aim is to bring that number down with the micro method.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose letting it go out through your mouth with an audible sigh and maintain a slightly extended breath breathing in for four counts and out for six counts.

Place two fingers at the center of your chest and ask out loud what is the dominant fear in this situation.

The answer will be brief and succinct and it will make itself known to you through your dominant clair.

Clairsentience,

Clairaudience,

Claircognizant or clairvoyance.

You will see,

Hear,

Feel or know the answer.

It will be brief as one word,

An image,

Sound or a short phrase.

Intuition is instant and precise.

Now turn your attention to the mental images and thoughts that invoke feelings of deep gratitude.

It may be the smile of a loved one,

The sun on your face,

The memory of a holiday,

Your favorite place out in nature,

The most delicious dessert you've ever had in your whole entire life or that perfect cup of coffee.

Whatever it is is perfect for you but it must bring you up to the highest vibrational feeling of gratitude.

You must give yourself over to this feeling with your whole entire being.

Allow this feeling of gratitude to completely take over your whole entire being and expand with you with as much intensity as possible.

Give yourself completely over to this beautiful deep feeling of gratitude.

Let it build,

Let it build,

Let it build and we'll move into silence now.

Give yourself completely over to this feeling.

Let it build up with as much intensity as possible.

Now take a deep breath in through the nose,

Mouth,

Bring some gentle movement to your body and have a look for that stressful thought or physical symptom that you rated on a scale of one to ten before you started this process and when you find it rate it again and if the number is above two repeat the feelings of gratitude for up to two more times until you reduce the number down to two or below.

Remember this easy practice can be done anytime.
