Hello dear ones and welcome to this new moon in Scorpio and what a powerful and potent moon it is.

The energies of this moon are a lot.

They are intense,

They are deep,

They are transformative,

They're causing some upheaval and disarray and I will say that it is affecting me even now as I try to record and put this together for you.

So I'm just going to honor it.

I'm going to honor where I am and where this is and where the energy is and I'm going to present it to you exactly as I have it and we will see where we go because I honestly have no idea.

I will tell you that I have tried to record this approximately 10 times.

I have rewritten it more times than I can count on paper through recordings,

Handwriting,

Typing,

All of the things and I still am just not satisfied with where it is and what I have.

But I think as we get into the energies of the moon you will see how all of that is here in the egregore,

In the space,

In the collective and it's something that we just have to honor and sit with.

So without further ado now we will begin.

This new moon in Scorpio is occurring at 28 degrees and it is a very potent,

Very powerful moon asking us to look into the dark,

Challenging,

Hard places in our lives.

28 degrees is a critical degree.

It is 29 is the anoretic degree so 28 is like right on that cusp.

That means that this is looking at really work that we've already done,

Like something coming to a completion,

Coming towards an end.

You are dealing with stuff that is established.

It's near the end of its cycle.

There is a sense of completion here.

There's a major transition in the energy between this sign and the next sign and so when we're at 28 degrees there is a sense of fulfillment and there is a lot of things at 28 degrees.

You have the sun at 28 degrees and the moon at 28 degrees and then you have mercury in retrograde at 28 degrees of Scorpio.

This mercury retrograde energy blends emotional depth with mental clarity and it asks you not to start something new and I think that's where my initial problem with this was and I'm so often with new moons we talk of planting new seeds in fertile soil so that we can watch them grow.

That's not what we're doing here.

We are revisiting places that we have already been.

We are allowing the roots to soften so that we can trim them like pluck the weeds from the garden and go back over,

Revisit,

Churn up,

Re-evaluate a situation and a part in our life where we've hidden something from ourselves.

We haven't been honest with ourselves about a situation.

We've almost like not wanted to look directly at it or kept it covered like I just keep seeing this visual of a plant in the ground and you see what's on the top and it's beautiful and it's this greenery and vibrant and abundant and then underneath are these roots and the roots are being attacked and you don't want to see that part.

You want to see the pretty part but you don't want to look under the surface.

This moon is going to require you to move the dirt and look under the surface.

It is like a soul initiation and it's not a time for outward projects.

It's not a time to put something new out in the world or to think about what your next big shift is going to be.

It is about internal rebirth,

Dealing with cycles,

Awareness,

Having these like hard conversations with the self and those are the places we don't want to look.

Those are the conversations we don't want to have.

It's really easy to point the finger and to look at other people.

It's really hard to do the same for ourselves.

Just like it's really easy to start a new project and to do something new and pour all of your time and energy into something that you want to create but to have to look at something that you've already created,

Something that you've already done and revisit that,

That's the hard part and that's the work that we're doing this month.

So Mercury is the planet of communication.

When it is in retrograde,

That means that we are having internal dialogue,

Reflective talk,

Not external.

When it is exactly conjunct with the new moon and that's what this is,

It creates a Kazemi and a Kazemi means in the heart of the sun.

So it brings this sharp clarity and insight to a situation.

It like think of it as the sun shining directly to like the center of a bullseye and that's what it's doing.

Whatever you have been avoiding,

You're gonna have to address it straight on and that could be something within yourself or it could be something within a relationship with someone else.

So when we think of this,

It's like looking at yourself dead in the mirror and staring yourself straight in the face and being like,

Oh gosh,

This is what I have to deal with or it's going to shine a light on a relationship that you have in your life and an aspect of that that you have not been dealing with that you have to.

Now you also have the moon opposite Uranus at 29 degrees in Taurus.

So this is an anoretic degree and this is going to bring more tension because Uranus is the planet of sudden change,

Rebellious energy and breakthroughs and it's sitting with Taurus and Taurus is all about stability and values and finance.

So when these two join,

You are going to be asked to look at areas of your life related to personal security,

Entrenched relationships,

Finances,

All the parts that none of us want to look at and you're going to experience some sort of breakthrough in this area that is going to force you to embrace it with a radically new approach.

Now,

I do have some positive news.

There is a grand water trine activation occurring here as there's a lot happening with this moon.

So what does that mean?

It means that the sun and the moon and Mercury,

We've already said all three of those are at 28 degrees in Scorpio and that Mercury is retrograde.

All of that is happening at the same time that you have Jupiter in Cancer and Saturn is stationing almost direct with Pisces.

Both of those occurring at 25 degrees and that's further enhanced by Neptune being in Pisces.

So all of that energy is very watery energy.

So it is here to support you with almost effortless flow.

It takes all of this tension and all of the like transformation and depth and like of all of it that you would normally be feeling and it eases it.

Things may just seem to flow with greater ease.

You may notice more synchronicities occurring.

You will feel support and reassurance from the universe and your spiritual team.

There's going to be profound insights that come up during this time.

The new moon in Scorpio is going to blend with this like stabilizing,

Nurturing energy.

And then you're also going to have like a little bit of dreams coming into reality with Pisces at play here.

So you can think of it as whatever this area is.

And I have to say it that way because it's going to be different for everyone.

Is a part of you,

A portion of you,

Where there has been like some contingency and grief and heaviness and you knew that something needed to change.

You knew that a shift needed to occur.

It's going to be really obvious what this area is.

You want this to shift and change and move.

You just don't know how.

So what you've done is you've avoided looking at it.

You've avoided addressing whatever it is because you didn't have the skills in your toolkit to do that.

This moon is literally giving you the skills to do it and it's going to support it and it's going to allow it to break free and move easily.

Overall,

This is really a rare opportunity for deep transformation and emotional stability and growth.

Now you also have the support of the nodes,

The North Node and the South Node.

We're going to spend a little bit of time talking about these and I may get a little redundant because again,

I've gone through this so many times.

So just bear with me.

The North Node is in Pisces and the South Node is in Virgo and they are both at 15 degrees right now.

Now when we speak of these North and South Nodes,

They moved into these signs in January of this year,

January 11th of 2025 to be exact.

And they will remain here for 18 months.

So their journey and these signs will conclude in July of 2026.

That puts this pretty much like a midpoint in this journey.

So that means that you are like in the middle of this work.

There are patterns that you've seen come up over and over and over again already.

They've been recurrent.

You've already noticed them.

You can probably name and identify them.

Here they start to scream a little bit louder.

They show themselves with a little more clarity and transparency.

This energy is going to force you to move away from what is comfortable into this area of growth and expansion.

And this new moon is really serving as a catalyst to this shift.

So what are the nodes?

The nodes trace an arc of your soul's evolution.

The South Node speaks of the past,

What is familiar,

Your comfort zones,

Your patterns,

Past conditioning that you seem to cling to.

The North Node is what reveals where your growth is,

The lessons that stretch you,

Your karmic path,

So to speak,

Your pathway to emotional and spiritual expansion.

So in order to get there,

You've got to let go of something else.

And that is uncomfortable.

At this time,

These nodes are calling you to nurture your spiritual awareness and creative imagination to flow beyond the rigid boundaries and to embrace all of this with compassion and surrender.

Self-care becomes essential in this moment,

In this work.

Discernment allows you to release perfectionism and what feels uncertain.

And the mystical can be balanced gracefully with rhythms of life.

So as I was recording,

Trying to record this and recording this currently,

I had to really lean into that statement because I wanted it to be perfect.

I like a written script.

I like to have seen it and to practice it and to know what I'm saying and where I'm going.

And I had to let all of that go because the energy that's here with this mood and these nodes says you just have to begin.

It doesn't have to be perfect.

You don't have to have the plan in place.

You don't have to have it all worked out,

But you must begin.

The South Node in Virgo is all about leaving the comfort zone.

You may be someone who likes to perfect the details,

Who likes things organized,

Who likes to analyze it,

Who relies on structure and routine.

And even if you aren't that kind of person,

There's likely an area of your life that looks like this either because it has to or because that's just like a tendency towards like worrying about the way it's going to look to someone else or how it's going to show up.

The lesson here is to acknowledge and appreciate these skills,

But recognize where you get trapped.

So I don't know.

I could have sat and been like,

This isn't perfect.

I'm just not recording this,

But I chose to just do it.

And that's what we're doing.

The North Node again is your path of growth.

It is your soul's evolution.

It calls you to embrace the flow of the Piscean energy around compassion and empathy.

It is a profound opening in the heart that allows you to have a deep connection with all life.

It is about unconditional love,

Releasing judgment,

And accepting the world and yourself as imperfect and surrendering,

Letting go and trusting the process rather than trying to control every aspect.

The challenge here is to learn how to swim in the waters of emotional and spiritual depths without losing yourself in delusion and escapism.

So I talk about this New Moon being a catalyst and forcing change for this.

How?

So we've got Scorpio and Scorpio energy is all about transformation,

Death,

And rebirth.

It forces us to go below the surface of our comfort level into our routines and to face the hidden fears,

Emotion,

And shadows that we've been ignoring and avoiding.

It asks us to do this with emotional honesty.

So Piscean energy is all about emotional and spiritual death,

And it can compel us forward to stop analyzing the feelings and to actually begin to feel them and then letting go these themes of release and surrender and choosing intuition over logic.

The strong water energy that's at play,

I've already spoke of the grand trine that you have here,

Is amplifying your intuition,

Providing a safe current to move away from overly critical logical things and get more into the intuitive,

Compassionate,

And feeling part of the world.

In essence,

This New Moon is an urgent call to trust the unseen,

To embrace the magic,

And to allow yourself to be in this world with compassion and spirituality and allow your true inner self to emerge.

I think that was all the aspects,

But now we're going to move into the second part of this,

Which there's a lot here around healing and inner wounds.

And as I sat with that,

I couldn't help but question where Chiron and Sedna were at play and how these wounds connected to what was hidden beneath the surface and the whys behind it.

So that's where we're going to wrap this up and where the work of this Moon is going to exist.

So Chiron is in 23 degrees Aries,

And that's really the final piece to this powerful astrological configuration that we have here.

Chiron is the wounded warrior,

The wounded healer.

It is a unique asteroid whose orbit bridges between the worlds of the material and the spiritual.

And I felt like that was important because we've already spoke of Taurus,

Uranus is in Taurus,

And Taurus is material.

But the new Moon is in Scorpio,

And Scorpio is very spiritual and transformative in the depths.

So you already have that.

This is almost like a mirror to that.

In mythology,

Chiron was a wise and compassionate healer and teacher.

He was a centaur,

And he suffered a deep wound,

And it was unhealable.

He lived with great pain,

But he chose to give up his immortality to ease the suffering of another.

In astrology,

Chiron represents our deepest wounds,

The parts of ourselves that are unfixable and raw.

Yet within these vulnerabilities,

There is this gift of embracing our pain with kindness and opening the door of healing,

Not only for ourselves and others.

Chiron's energy often guides us towards the places of wisdom and compassion,

And that shows us that suffering through difficult times is really about inner transformation and strength.

Since entering Aries in 2019,

Chiron has focused on the themes of the self,

On the right to exist,

On the right to be here,

The feelings of being enough,

Of taking up space.

The transit here reveals this deep wound around identity suppression,

The fear of being our authentic selves,

The fear of being too much,

Or the fear that if you show who you truly are,

That will be met with criticism and judgment.

It's around self-assertion,

So struggles with boundaries and confidence.

This may lead to angry outbursts or people-pleasing behaviors.

The new moon here again is a catalyst for healing this wound.

So how do we do that?

We have to confront the wound itself.

The intensity of the scorpion new moon and that opposition to Uranus compels us to look into the darker aspects of the identity wound that has been suppressed.

The emotional depth of the scorpion energy makes it possible to do this and almost impossible to not do this.

You're going to empower yourself through authentic leadership by truly facing these wounds,

Asking you to claim your power,

To act decisively,

And to take a lead in your own life.

And then finally,

You're going to balance the old with the new.

This conjunction to the Mercury retrograde in Scorpio and the influence of the North Node in Pisces means that healing will require both deep introspection and letting go.

The process is about discovering a new way to express your personal power that is compassionate and spiritually grounded.

Remember in the beginning I said we're not planting new seeds,

We're revisiting old areas.

This is an example of an old area.

In this new moon,

It will act as a trigger to bring these unresolved issues to the surface,

Challenging you to address those core wounds around identity and self-worth.

It provides you with the courage and transformative power that's necessary to move more authentically,

More self-assured,

And as a more healed version of yourself.

Now,

You also have Black Moon Lilith at 26 degrees Scorpio to support you.

This adds a layer of raw,

Untamed feminine energy and shadow work to this already intense astrological configuration.

Lilith represents the suppressed,

The rejected,

And the hidden aspects of the psyche that demand expression.

Often this manifests as deep instincts and raw desire.

In Scorpio,

Lilith's energy is primarily focused around sexual and emotional power,

The need to fully express your passionate,

Intense nature without shame or compromise,

Shadow work,

The hidden aspects of the self to unearth the secrets.

And that can be secrets within yourselves,

Secrets within relationships,

Secrets within society,

But whatever it is,

Whatever has been hidden will be brought to the surface.

And again,

You're going to have to deal with it head on,

Like with true authenticity and focused alignment and a rejection of control.

So Lilith is a defiance against being controlled,

Particularly in our intimate relationships and how we deal with shared resources and power dynamics.

So this again is going to force you to be your authentic self,

To use your voice,

To set your boundaries,

Things that may not be comfortable,

But with the water trine,

You're supported.

The new moon conjunct Lilith acts as a powerful trigger,

Forcing suppressed energy to the surface.

You're going to transform your shame.

You're going to express yourself authentically,

And you're going to be forced to confront any areas in relationships where you feel controlled,

Manipulated,

Or suppressed in any way.

Okay.

The last piece of this is Sedna.

And Sedna is not necessarily at play here in this moon,

But she kept coming up for me.

And so I dug into it and I'm just going to share what I have discovered.

As of the new moon on November 20th,

Sedna is at approximately zero degrees Gemini and in retrograde motion.

Sedna is a powerful intuitive goddess of the sea and marine animals.

Her legend is a creation myth that explains the origin of sea life and how the delicate balance between humans and nature must be maintained for survival.

While details vary around her story,

There are common themes at play that I think are fitting for the moon,

And that is betrayal,

Transformation,

And power.

The legend of Sedna,

She was a mortal woman and she was often described as beautiful,

But she was unwilling to marry any of the local hunters in her village.

There were themes of deception and abandonment around Sedna.

In a common version of her story,

A mysterious stranger promises her a wonderful life and convinces her father to let her marry him.

This stranger is revealed to be a powerful but deceitful bird spirit who takes Sedna to a barren island and forces her to live in misery.

Sedna's father,

Full of guilt over this,

Eventually goes in a kayak to rescue Sedna.

He gets there to the island,

Gets her in his kayak,

And begins this journey back across the sea.

And as they flee,

The bird spirit and its companions create a massive storm.

This storm terrifies the father,

His own life,

The safety of his people,

And the father makes a desperate decision in that moment to save himself,

And he throws Sedna overboard to appease the bird spirits.

In that moment,

Sedna is clinging onto the side of the kayak for fear and dear life.

Her father,

Blinded by fear,

Takes,

And this is where the story goes that he either takes an axe or a paddle and he chops off her fingers at the joints so that she has to let go.

And as she does and her severed fingers fall into the water,

They are magically transformed into the first sea creatures,

Seals,

Walruses,

Whales,

And fish.

Sedna sinks all the way to the bottom of the ocean where she is transformed into a beautiful and powerful half-woman,

Half-fish goddess,

And she becomes the ruler of this underworld,

Spirit world beneath the sea,

And the mother of all marine life.

I know,

If you haven't heard that story before,

It is a lot,

But she holds absolute power over the animals and they rely on her for food and resources,

And her mood determines the success of the hunt.

If she is angry,

Then when angered by humans and broken taboos or disrespect for the ocean,

She keeps the animals entangled in her long matted hair,

Causing famine and storms.

When she is appeased,

There is balance.

So to restore the balance,

A shaman must journey into a trance to her underworld realm and soothe her anger and calm her hair for her as she has no fingers to do so,

And once she's placated,

She releases the animals and ensures the survival of the people.

The story serves as a reminder to honor the natural world,

To emphasize the delicate balance between humanity and nature,

The themes of resilient transformation and inner strength born from deep trauma,

But I think there's something here for all of us that when we get angry and we cause famine,

And we get our heads all like matted around a situation and a circumstance,

We like pull all of our resources in and then there's none available for other people.

But once we are able to calm that,

To calm our hair,

To ease our fears,

To soothe,

Then we're able to relax and there's enough.

So Sedna,

Named after the goddess of the sea and the underworld,

Is a dwarf planet and it has been highly elliptical in orbit and it takes around 11,

400 years to complete.

Astrologically,

It represents profound generational themes of deep-seated wounds,

Themes of betrayal,

Victimhood,

Survival,

Shamanic journeys of deep healing and ancestral work and trauma.

It's a transcendence of spiritual supply,

A connection to higher spiritual consciousness and realms,

And really an environmental and collective karma.

Sedna is also linked to major environmental issues and our collective relationships with the earth and resources.

So when Sedna moved into the sign of Gemini in April of 2024,

She will actually stay there until 2065.

And it was a significant and rare shift,

Again,

That occurs only once every 11,

000 years and that transit brings deep and transformative power into the realm of communication,

Information,

Perception,

And technology.

And so the Uranus-Sedna conjunction throughout 2025 and into its exact conjunction in May of 2026 is a major signal for groundbreaking transcendental change around technology,

Values,

And global systems.

And I do think there's something here,

Just hang with me for a minute.

So while this direct aspect is not directly related to the new moon in Scorpio,

Sedna's position in Gemini frames the entire period as an era of profound shift and change.

The new moon focuses on the deep emotional healing and confronting hidden truths that is a microcosm of the larger generational Sedna transit.

This urges that personal transformation to align with massive shifts at a global scale.

So the new moon on November 20th acts as a potent focal point,

Weaving together the energies of Sedna,

Lilith,

And Chiron to initiate a deep multi-layered process of healing,

Empowerment,

And fundamental perception shifts.

This astrological alignment suggests a period of confronting those deep and suppressed wounds and power struggles,

And it leads to profound transformation for the self and the global consciousness.

Okay.

The next part of this is actually what I wrote first,

But we're ending with it.

And it is how confronting the Chiron wound directly causes us to get into the courage and the depth that are associated with this new moon.

So the new moon in Scorpio provides this emotional depth and like a penetrating gaze necessary to look directly at a sensitive wound or aspect that has to do with Chiron and Aries.

The Scorpio energy leaves us with no room for surface level analysis.

It forces us to go into the parts that are inadequate,

Rejected,

Or like viewed as fundamentally wrong at their core.

Again,

We've got this retrograde mercury energy that is encouraging this intense self-reflective work,

Making it a time for this internal audit and a crucial moment to allow vulnerability to become your greatest gift.

Now,

When you add in the presence of this black moon Lilith in Scorpio,

You get to reclaim your essence.

This is the alignment to basically like a call to action.

It is a moment to consciously decide where you're going to stop giving your power away to pass pain,

To societal expectations,

To the restless need for external validation.

It is all about accepting and integrating the rejected parts of yourself,

Your intensity,

The desires,

Your anger,

And owning them fully without change.

The healing of Chiron cannot proceed without this radical acceptance,

Like this reclamation of the intrinsic self.

And then you've got this groundwater trine that involves Jupiter and Cancer and Saturn and Neptune and Pisces that are supporting you.

And this alchemical transformation to really like spark this emotional furnace,

To give you the transformative fires that are with Scorpio,

To burn away the layers of pain and fear,

Everything that has said that you're not good enough,

And to support the flow of the water trine for this deep release,

To let go of these old karmic patterns with less friction,

Ultimately making space for your new authentic self to emerge.

Now,

If you don't already have something to write with and to write on,

I encourage you to get something now I'm going to take you through a 5-y exercise.

So you can go ahead and pause this and then come back when you're ready.

Okay,

The 5-y exercise,

And this is for personal wounds to collective healing.

So when I was thinking of this,

I was thinking of Chiron as the personal wound.

I actually want to find what I wrote.

And it's almost like Sedna asked you to let go of a wound that is ancient.

And Chiron says,

This ancient wound manifests in your current life as a struggle around.

So an example of that would be if Sedna says,

And this was my own personal one,

The reason that you fear letting go of this ancient wound is because of abandonment.

Then Chiron would say,

This ancient wound around abandonment manifests in your current life as a struggle to claim your personal authority.

So it's like you get Chiron,

Which is the personal,

But then Sedna is this big collective.

And it could be that it's ancestral,

That it's an old wound,

That it's an ancient wound,

Or that it's truly part of a collective energy and something that we need to work to heal.

So the 5-y is a practice that we use in healthcare.

You use it in a lot of different areas.

It's actually part of lean strategies,

But you use it to get to the root of the problem.

So this exercise will use the power of the new moon in Scorpio to encourage deep and honest introspection.

It is a journey from the personal symptom,

Which is Chiron,

To the systemic root cause,

Which is Sedna.

So the core,

Sedna asks you to release an ancient wound and Chiron suggests that the wound is around something within the self.

So you have to begin with a statement.

So if you know your statement,

You can write it now.

If you don't,

I will just say for this part,

Go ahead and make yourself a note that you have to begin with a current manifestation of the Chiron and Aries wound.

So that could be a struggle to assert yourself,

Difficulties setting a boundary,

A claim of personal authority.

Another example,

If you want to like really get down to like nitty gritty example,

Can be identifying an area of your life where you feel powerless or controlled.

And that could be around debt,

Relationships,

Or a lingering fear.

And then you're going to ask yourself why you feel that way.

So an example,

I feel if I don't show up fully in my home,

My husband will leave me.

I feel if I don't tackle my student loan debt,

I will be in debt forever.

Those kinds of things.

Okay.

And then why,

Number one,

You start with the symptom.

So a prompt for this,

When I try to assert myself,

Set a boundary or claim my authority,

What is the immediate feeling that stops me?

What comes up?

What is that very first trigger?

Where do you feel it?

It may just be a feeling in your stomach or a fluttering in your chest,

A thought that enters your head that you're not even sure why.

Why number two,

You're going to dive a little deeper.

Why do I feel this fear?

And what do I think will happen if I am fully myself?

Why number three,

This is getting to the core of the personal wound.

Why is this such a core fear for me?

When did I first learn that expressing my power led to being left alone?

Why number four,

The bridge to ancestral collective or Sedna.

Why does this feeling run so deep that it seems to influence all of my relationships?

Could this feeling be something my ancestors also struggled with?

Perhaps due to systemic trauma or a historical event related to survival.

And then why number five gets you to the root cause and release around Sedna and Gemini.

Why did they and why do I now believe that I had to abandon our authentic power to survive?

What core belief about survival and resources has driven this behavior for generations?

This exercise will show you how a personal struggle is a manifestation of a larger ancient survival pattern.

Chiron to Sedna,

The new moon that you are sitting in provides you the power to consciously break this pattern and to choose a new narrative for your authentic survival and self-sovereignty.

This makes the healing not just personal for you,

But a meaningful contribution to the collective transformation for all.

That is it.

That felt messy and a bit sporadic,

But I think that it is very fitting for the energy that we have with the moon because as we get into these parts that we don't want to get into,

They are messy and sporadic and chaotic and painful,

And they don't always flow with ease.

So,

Thank you so much for joining.

If you stuck around this long,

If you have any questions,

Please do not hesitate to reach out.

And I hope that you have a beautiful,

Beautiful new moon.

Take care of yourself as the energies here are a lot and they will carry us through until December 4th,

When we have our next full moon.

Blessed be.
