Meditation Timer OnlineJustyna is a guide, a seeker, and a champion of personal growth. Originally from Poland, she has spent nearly 20 years living outside her home country, first in the UK and now in Australia. This journey has taught her how to adapt to life’s changes and challenges, providing her with a global perspective and a deep appreciation for the diversity of cultures and experiences. With a background in both the corporate world and holistic practices, Justyna brings a unique blend of structure and mindfulness to her work. Her own life has been shaped by a variety of experiences—chronic trauma, domestic violence, generational trauma, and the emotional challenges that accompany them. Having walked the path of healing, she has navigated through pain, shame, anger, and guilt, emerging stronger and more connected to her true self. Still a work in progress, Justyna believes wholeheartedly that healing and growth are lifelong processes. Through Flight of the Phoenix Holistic Therapy, she creates a safe space for deep healing, personal transformation, and self-discovery.
