Meditation To Wind Down And Sleep
Our active minds often prevent us from finding deep sleep. When it’s time for quiet, our thoughts can seem to grow louder. This practice acknowledges those wandering, scattered thoughts so they have less power over us. You have done what you can. And just like the sun slowly exiting the sky of our awareness, this practice is a reminder to let our thoughts begin to dim and quiet so we can experience true rest.
