There you are.
You made it.
You chose to pause and take a moment for yourself on this busy day.
Before starting this meditation,
I would like to invite you to find a comfortable position.
Seating,
Standing or even laying,
Wherever you are,
Whatever feels best right now.
Let's take one long,
Deep breath.
Inhale through your nose,
Hold.
Exhale through your mouth.
Let's do it one more time.
Try and fill in your lungs slowly and deeply.
Hold,
And exhale through your mouth.
One last time,
Fill your lungs as much as you can,
Hold,
And exhale through your mouth.
Do you feel the stillness starting to settle?
You might want to try and relax your body bit by bit.
Your feet,
Your face,
Your jaw,
Your tongue,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your wrists,
Your arms,
Your fingers,
Any part of your body that you feel could use a release.
Do you feel the stillness starting to settle?
You might want to allow a subtle smile to appear at the corners of your lips.
Yes,
Just like that.
There may be thoughts passing by.
You can gently acknowledge them and come back to your breath.
You might want to focus on the effect of your breath.
Your chest slowly rising,
Your belly gently expanding,
The air coming in cooler and coming out warmer.
Or as you exhale,
The gentle sensation of air just above your upper lip.
Stillness is here now,
Softly holding you.
The only thing that moves is your belly.
The rest of your body is perfectly still.
Slowly but surely,
You're getting ready to get back to your day.
More grounded,
More serene,
More calm,
More present.
Before ending this meditation,
Let's take one last deep breath in.
Hold.
And exhale,
Releasing anything else you don't need.
I wish you a beautiful way back to your day.
And remember,
Stillness is never too far,
You just need to reconnect to it.
This is a community,
So if there's something that helps in moments like these,
Or some theme you would like to explore further together,
Please share it with us.
Thank you for listening today.
I am Tefane from Happy Phonese and I hope to read you and see you again soon.
