Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

This is your moment to pause,

To breathe,

And to reconnect with the infinite well of love and acceptance within you.

Today we're focusing on affirmations to nurture self-love and embrace the parts of yourself that you may have hidden or doubted.

Remember,

Self-love is not about perfection,

It's about acceptance.

There is no prize to perfection,

Only an end to pursuit.

It's about holding space for yourself in every moment,

Just as you are.

As we move through these affirmations,

Let them flow into your heart and mind.

Even if they feel unfamiliar,

Trust that they are planting seeds of transformation within you.

Take a deep breath.

Fully exhale.

Let's begin,

My friend.

I am worthy of love exactly as I am.

I accept myself fully and completely.

I treat myself with kindness and compassion.

Every part of me is deserving of love.

I honor my journey and trust my process.

I forgive myself for past mistakes and release the need for perfection.

I celebrate the unique beauty within me.

I am who I am and that is enough.

I radiate love and attract love in return.

I choose to speak to myself with gentleness and respect.

I deserve to prioritize my needs and well-being.

My heart is open to giving and receiving love.

I am proud of the person that I'm becoming.

I trust that I am growing in the right direction.

I am a beautiful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful work in progress.

Self-love flows effortlessly through me.

I am so grateful for the gift of being me.

Now,

Just be here for a moment.

Be still.

Be present.

And let the seeds you just planted find their spaces within you.

Visualize this.

All the affirmations you just spoke,

Whether internally or aloud,

Visualize them as little seeds being planted in the earth of your soul,

Ready to grow and blossom into something beautiful.

I have one more affirmation I'd like you to say out loud now.

This one's quite simple.

I love myself.

There we go.

Let these affirmations settle into your heart.

Imagine them as drops of water nourishing the soil of your soul,

Helping your self-love grow stronger each day.

Place a hand over your heart and feel its steady rhythm,

A reminder that you are alive.

You are here,

And you,

My beautiful friend,

You are so worthy.

Whisper to yourself now,

I am enough.

As you step back into your day,

Carry this truth with you.

You are deserving of love and acceptance,

Not because of what you do,

But simply because you are.

Take one last deep breath in,

Filling up all the way.

Now exhale the breath out nice and slow.

Let peace and self-love fill every part of your beautiful being,

My friend.

Thank you for giving yourself this time.

You are loved,

You are whole,

And you will always be enough.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and go forth and shine your beautiful light.

Thank you for spending this time with me,

And as always,

My friend,

Blessed be.
