Elemental Embodiment Meditation Stand tall,

Bare feet rooted to the earth,

Hands resting on your hips,

Eyes gently closed.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And a long exhale out through the mouth.

Let yourself arrive right here,

In this body,

In this moment.

Set the intention to bring all of your awareness into your body as you connect with the living elements of creation,

Air,

Fire,

Water,

Earth,

And spaciousness.

These forces ground,

Cleanse,

And nourish your physical and energetic bodies.

With your next breath in,

Invite the element of air to enter through your nostrils,

Swirling,

Cleansing your brain and flowing down your spine.

Feel your mind clearing.

Feel your spine awakening like a wind-blown river of energy.

As you exhale through your mouth,

Imagine releasing any mental clutter or tension as gray or dark smoke.

Let it go.

Do this two more times.

Clear,

Cleanse,

Awaken.

Now place both hands on your abdomen.

Inhale deeply,

Inviting the element of fire to fill your belly,

Expanding to the front,

Sides,

And lower back like a radiant hot air balloon.

As you exhale,

Use a strong hissing breath,

Engaging your core,

Activating stability through your entire center.

Explore this two or three more rounds.

Feel the fire within you rising.

This is your will,

Your power,

Your direction.

Now bring one hand to your belly,

One to your heart.

Inhale into the belly,

Then the mid-chest,

Then up to the collarbones,

Filling yourself like a tall glass of water.

Exhale gently,

Imagine water pouring out of you,

Cleansing and releasing.

Let emotion move.

Allow grace to return.

Let your arms drop gently to your sides.

Remain open and empowered in your posture.

Soften your knees slightly.

Bring awareness to your roots.

Feel your legs and feet drawing nourishment from Mother Earth,

Like an ancient tree drinking in life from deep underground.

On your next inhale,

Create waves of tension,

Starting from your lower legs,

Then up to the hips,

Abdomen,

Chest,

Back,

Arms,

Fists,

Neck,

And face.

Hold,

Send love to every cell,

Then exhale and release the tension like a wave from your face,

Neck,

Down your arms,

Chest,

Back,

Legs,

And feet.

Repeat.

Repeat two more times.

Tension and release.

Feeling grounded,

Solid,

Alive.

Now return to a natural breath.

Feel what you notice,

Notice what you feel.

Take a final empowered posture,

Either hands on your hips or arms extended up towards the sky like open branches.

With your intention,

Invite abundant life force energy to rise up through your roots,

Through your spine,

And out the crown of your head.

Exhale and soften into this shape.

Let the energy move freely in and through you.

Imagine sun shining upon you,

Filling in all the space you've created with golden light source energy.

Golden light above,

Grounded love below,

Harmonize within your heart space,

Creating flow.

Blessing your body with gold and white,

Love and light,

Plus infinite gratitude for all the blessings of cleansing and nourishment received.

So it is.
