Karolina completed her inaugural Yoga Teacher training in India in 2015 and later furthered her education by enrolling at Brown University to study the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Approach, obtaining her Hypnotherapist certification, and completing another 500 hours of advanced Yoga teacher training at the Nepal Yoga Academy. In her approach, she combines the time-tested wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Buddhism with cutting-edge insights from neuroscience, NLP, and hypnotherapy to help you heal your body, calm your mind, and deepen your spiritual growth.
