His foundation in yoga has led him toward humbly guiding others through their personal journeys of self-discovery, inspired by the teachers who have made such a rich impact along his own path. Kyle’s path towards holistic wellness began with a quest for healing and meaning. Seeking relief from the crushing challenges of PTSD and depression, he discovered the transformative power of yoga and the Ayurvedic lifestyle. These ancient practices became a lifeline, offering tools to break free from the confines of his past and the ability to envision a future grounded in new perspectives and self-concept. In addition to his yoga journey, Kyle dedicated 20 years of his life to military service and has been a social studies teacher for the past 18 years. His military service gifted him with discipline, commitment, and resilience, while teaching high schoolers has impressed on him the value of patience, empathy, and nurturance, all qualities that meld into his yoga practice. In addition, as a parent to five children, he understands the daily challenges and weighty responsibilities that many of us.
