Allowing you to remember how equally important it is in life to give time for rest and rejuvenation. With a background in dancing, yoga became a way to make sure Jeanette could stay healthy and care for herself. In 2014, while living in New York City she joined a 200h Teacher Training and yoga has since become part of her daily practice. Sound healing called to Jeanette at this time as well and it quickly became something she couldn't get enough of either. She loves to continue to learn and share these beautiful practices that have been so profound for her own life and well-being. She is now also working as Cranio-Sacral therapist, which has been a part of her upbringing and healing as well. So grateful to be able to share yet another beautiful modality to allow peace, calmness and healing to occur.
