As you breathe in and breathe out,
Try to let go.
All that's not necessary right now.
Let go all the habitual thoughts we encourage in our mind.
Easier way to let go is just concentrate on the breathing.
Let your mind prioritize on the breathing.
Instruct your mind that every breath is important.
Mind has to monitor that.
Now gently bring your full attention to the breathing.
Whether by counting the numbers or observing the breath in and around the nostrils.
Gently drop your shoulders.
Let go all the stress in the jaws,
Facial muscles.
Try to relax each body part.
Starting from top of your head,
Work your way through the toes.
Instruct your mind to relax.
Instruct your eyes to relax.
Chaws to relax.
Throat relax.
Shoulders drop.
Relax.
Let go all that you're holding.
Work your way through to the toes.
Instruct your body parts to relax.
Let every part of your body is relaxed.
Any discomfort,
Breathe into that part by instructing to relax.
Any time if your mind wanders in your thoughts,
Gently bring it back to the breathing.
Observe your inhalation and exhalation.
As you inhale,
Imagine or visualize all the divine positive energies coming into you.
As you exhale,
Let go all the toxins,
Negative energy.
All the resistance.
All that doesn't belong to us.
And all that's not serving right now.
Let it go.
Inhale the love and compassion.
Exhale all that will resist towards individuals or towards the society.
Let it go.
Exhale all the positive energy.
Exhale all that negatively impacting us.
Exhale all that will resist towards individuals or towards the society.
Exhale all that will resist towards individuals or towards the society.

Visualize a white golden light from top of your head.
Let it penetrate through all parts of your body.

And expand this beam of light to shield you around.
White light,
White golden light protects you from any negativity from outside.
You get to dictate what comes inside this shield.
For now,
You can allow love and compassion.
Positive divine energy can come through this.
Feel safe and secure inside the bubble,
Acting as a shield.
Observe the silence.
Observe the peace the shield brings to you.
This peace,
This silent mind generates some gratitude,
Happy thoughts inside you.
Gratitude helps us to bring more grateful moments in our lives.
Happy energy lets us to be who we are.
Our authentic self.
Aligning to the life's purpose.
What we were meant to do in this life.
Let your body,

Now gently bring your energies back to your physical body by observing where you are sitting.
