Worried,
Fearful,
Insecure,
Bored,
Restless.
Deep breaths and see if we can let go of some of the pain and come back to faith.
And I'm flexing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Think.
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
Taking a deep breath in.
Holding the breath at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Let go.
Taking a deep breath in.
Holding the breath,
Feeling your presence as you hold the breath.
And exhale.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
May this day with you,

Keep going,
Keep believing in yourself to overcome.
Breathing into the whole body.
And exhale,
Releasing,
Softening.

Or be very critical of yourself.
Just notice how that feels versus being kind to others,
Being kind to yourself,
How that feels.
