Continuing to heal our own wounds.
To become alive.

I'm going to host my moon back with another music meditation.
Just soothe,
Relax,
Come back to our center.
Come back to our awareness.
From back to the present.
Where everything is already okay.
Getting comfortable,
You can lie down,
Sit down,
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Beginning to notice how you feel in this moment,
Unlike any other moment that's been before.
Feeling the uniqueness.
Your inner climate.
Feeling what's alive inside of you,
Witnessing and welcoming all that's observed.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The hands,
The feet.
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you as you take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Creating a new life,
New energy.
Exhale all life,
All energy.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
In here.
That's it.
Every cell in the body breathing in.
Every cell in the body breathing out.
Breathing in love for yourself.
And exhale love for others,
Love for life.
Breathing in chest.
And accent.
Taking a deep breath in.
And exhale.
Relaxing the whole body with your awareness.
Softening,
Loosening,
Expanding.
Opening.
Taking a deep breath in.
To hold,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Taking a deep breath in.
And hold,
Becoming aware of your awareness as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to think.
Letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body as you take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Becoming aware of your aliveness.
So you take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath in.

The number is 900.
The animal.
It's a coyote.

Sometimes we can look at the world and it's easy to become.
Sad,
Depressed about it,
Frustrated.
In despair.
And really we have to remember that we're part of the world.
And just by being negative or pessimistic about what's happening,
It's not like that helps.
It doesn't really help that much.
So instead,
Just continuing to bring more light to ourself,
More love to ourself,
Continuing to heal our own wounds,
To.
.
.
To become lighter.
And that way we can help,
We can support other people in the world,
Which is just other people,
Just individuals.
There is no world.
It's just a bunch of different forms of life all weaving together.
And sometimes it becomes overwhelming and confusing and depressing.
So we just have to take it one moment at a time and take each day at a time learning how to bring more joy,
More peace into ourself that can ripple out.
And with that,
