Hello guys,
Hi and welcome.
I pray all is well and as we prepare to enter the holiday season I wanted to take a moment to just recognize what we're doing well,
Noticing peace and just taking a moment to breathe.
No matter what you're carrying into this season,
Joy,
Stress,
Grief,
Loneliness,
Love,
You're safe here.
You deserve a moment that belongs only to you.
Now let's take a moment to take a big deep inhale and hold and an even slower exhale letting it go.
We'll do that again.
Inhaling and holding.
Exhale.
Let it go.
Feel the breath pull you back into your body.
Feel your weight supported.
Let your shoulders soften and let your face relax.
Today you don't have to be on,
You don't have to perform and you don't have to hold everything together.
You get to be human.
Continue breathing slowly and I invite you to imagine a soft candle glowing in front of you.
The flame is steady,
Quiet and warm.
Let that light fill the space around you.
Let it warm the places inside you that feel cold or forgotten.
Let it soften any tightness in your chest or throat.
Now imagine snow gently falling,
Not cold but peaceful.
Each flake inviting silence,
Each flake inviting calm.
If emotions rise,
Let them.
Nothing here is too much.
I invite you to place a hand where you feel the most sensation.
For example,
You can notice things in your heart,
In your belly or your throat.
And whisper internally,
I am allowed to feel everything and still be at peace.
Taking a moment to lock that in.
By taking a big deep inhale,
Holding and exhale,
Letting it out.
Now reflect for a moment on who you have become this year.
The boundaries you set,
The healing you chose,
The ways you showed up even when no one saw it.
Honor that.
Honor yourself.
Taking a moment to lock this in.

Exhale,
Letting that go.
If you feel comfortable,
Repeat after me.
Peace finds me easily.
My body deserves gentleness.
I am worthy of calm.
Let those words settle into your body like warmth sinking into cool soil.
Take one more breath,
Inhaling and then release it slowly.
As we close,
Remember this moment of peace is yours.
You can return to it whenever you need.
May you move through the rest of your day.
Whether it's the daytime or the evening.
And the holiday depending on when you're listening to this.
With softness,
With steadiness,
And with grace for yourself.
