This guided journal meditation invites listeners to reflect on time, change, and the choices that shape who they are becoming. Rather than rushing transformation, this practice encourages honest self-inquiry and intentional awareness. Through pauses, prompts, and grounding moments, listeners are supported in clarifying what they are ready to release and what they want to nurture moving forward. This meditation is ideal for anyone seeking meaningful, sustainable change in the new year.

Hi guys and welcome.

I hope you're having a beautiful day.

Today we're going to spend some time journaling.

The idea of today is that we're going to focus on grounding and setting intentions and just taking a moment to tune into ourself.

So if you don't already have your things,

I invite you to take a moment to grab something to write with,

Some paper,

A notebook,

A drink,

Some tea,

Water,

Whatever you need and then meet me back here.

So I invite you to find a quiet space.

Let your breath become slow and steady.

As your body relaxes,

Imagine your mind becoming a calmly,

Still,

Open,

And honest.

When you're ready,

Gently open your journal.

I'll guide you with questions and we'll spend about a minute or so writing.

If you need more time,

I invite you to pause if it seems I may be moving fast and then you can push play and return to the next question.

Take a moment to take a big,

Deep inhale here and hold at the top.

Exhale,

Letting it go.

The first question is,

What version of me did I outgrow last year?

Taking a few moments,

You can start to wrap this question up,

Remembering to take inhales and exhales.

And now,

Prompt to,

What habits or thoughts no longer fit the life I'm creating?

We'll take another few moments here,

Knowing that you're doing a good job showing up for yourself.

What do I want to feel more of this year?

What identity am I stepping into and what actions match that identity?

Knowing you're doing a good job taking this time for yourself.

And our last prompt is,

What is one promise I am making to myself for this year?

And when you're ready,

You can close your journal,

Place your hand over your chest,

And repeat silently,

I honor my transformation,

I trust my becoming.

Let this be the anchor for your month ahead.

Have a beautiful rest of your day.
